I cannot say enough great things about the work Feria has done for me. I was seriously considering getting my roof done as it was over 20yrs and I was getting leaks around the chimney. While researching some local roofers, I get a knock on my door and this guy who looked to be a teenager asks me about my roof! He asked permission to check it out and gave me his card. I told him to do his thing and ran a quick check on the business. I needed a specific week to have the work done, both quote and schedule worked out. Crew showed up on time and roof was completed in 1 day. Additional work was necessary on the chimney that required a 2nd day but all work was done efficiently, timely and the crew cleaned up my yard so well even my landscaper was pleased! I also had concerns about my front brick & concrete steps that were beginning to crumble. I have some mobility issues so I need strong, supportive railings and mine were pretty wobbly. Also the steps were uneven, some higher than others and I wanted shorter steps and more space. Reynaldo showed me 2 different designs that they could do and I chose a larger landing with steps going further forward than before. I was amazed at how quickly they got this job done and all the attention to detail, checking with me the whole time. Their crew of guys are so nice, polite and attentive... I could not be more impressed with all of them, but definitely Javier/Xavier went above and beyond making everything perfect. I absolutely love my new steps, not only are they sturdy/secure and easier to use but I now have room for a chair + table to sit outside and enjoy reading and having a cup of tea! Already planning and budgeting for more work next spring. Thank you Darwin for having the initiative to knock on my door!

Darwin and his crews from Feria Construction did an awesome job of installing my gazebo cupula and reroofing it. They also replaced rotting deteriorated facia wood on my barn and replaced the vinyl siding that had holes. They are very skilled and detailed in the work they do. They are custom builders and workers. I also had many requests while they were on the property, and they addressed every one. In addition, they are one of the neatest and cleanest companies that I've seen. Don't expect to pay the lowest price, but they are not the highest either. They are reasonable for the excellent work they do. Darwin is also a very personable young man, and he came back to help me with several items that needed attention. He is an honest person. The owner also showed up on my job to insure the workers were doing the job properly. Thank you Darwin and Feria!!!

Darwin from Feria Construction was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. Him and the team ended up installing gutters along my house and even offered to help pump some water out of the basement. Would definitely recommend!
