I came In with my coworkers and as soon as we stepped in the store, one of the workers instantly pushed us out for not having an appointment, didn’t even let us browse. Very rude, don’t recommend and will never be stepping foot in here again.

I am doing a major home renovation, including 3 bathrooms, kitchen, fireplaces. Catherine does her consultations by appointment only, and it is evident that she does this in order to give her full attention to each project. She has a natural artistic sense and was able to put together lovely tile combinations. I will add that she was sensitive to pricing and showed me many beautiful choices that fit my budget. After placing the order, Catherine provided my contractor with detailed drawings, was super-responsive on delivery times and any add-on orders, and available for questions. In all, the Downtown Tile team was exceptional in handling this complicated project from start to finish!
