  Pregnant and sweating because our AC is not working in 80+ degree weather - was given a 9am-5pm timeframe so we waited all Saturday. We called around noon looking for an ETA and was told the guy was finishing up a job. We waited 2 more hours requesting an update which they had none, we then received a call at 2:20pm saying their worker ‘called out’. Anyways.. that’s all I have to say. Thanks for nothing.

  Rick Walsh did an excellent job of getting the newly installed boiler working to generate heat through all of the hot water baseboards. He was very knowledgeable of how the system should work to quickly troubleshoot the issues. He was friendly and worked with me to make sure everything was working correctly. I also had Rich Smith to complete the wiring and purging of the hot water heating system. Rich completed the job quickly and was friendly to me and my daughter. He explained how the system should work which was also helpful

  This company has been really great to us! I would recommend them 100%. They have gone above and beyond. We had an issue with our 2 year old unit and they came out right away, ordered the part and got it installed and couldn’t be happier. The technician Robbie made sure everything worked like it should, instead of just replacing the part and see you later, he took the time and cleaned up, which sometimes you don’t see anymore. Very good company to work with, everyone who works there is very helpful! Thank you

  The technician was polite and took the time to troubleshoot the thermostat issue. Although he was unable to resolve the Wi-Fi problem during the visit, he ordered a replacement thermostat under warranty and did not charge for the service call. I appreciate his assistance. Update: Truly disappointed by the lack of follow-up. It's been 5 days since the technician showed up who couldn't fix the issue. I called twice now, on Thursday and Friday, asking for an update. I have not gotten a returned call or an update on when this will be fixed. It's under warranty, and despite advertising 100% satisfaction, I don't understand why I can't get a simple update on next steps.

  Phil Spano was amazing! After 2+ years of experiencing the same issue with my AC unit, that the company I used for the past 8+ years couldn’t figure it out to the point they left my family and I without air conditioning for 2 days in extreme heat and wished me luck, Phil arrived without any fear or hesitation. He quickly identified the issue, proposed options, and proceeded with the work. Immediately after Phil did his thing, my AC worked. My family and I are so thankful to have had the opportunity to utilize One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, meet a phenomenal tech, and know we can rely on them in the future.
