  We had set up an appointment for an estimate on a new heating system. Bobby had text us when he was coming and arrived right on time. Bob took all the necessary steps to explain the heating systems available and feel he did a very thorough job, A true professional.

  Paul was nice he was not the issue l. I wanna leave 5 stars however I think its criminal you expect someone to pay 12k for a mini split install most of these systems come ready to go fittings flared etc 12k is completly unnecessary I will do it myself

  I can not say all of the installations went 100% smooth. But, since I understand that not every case is exactly the same, what I deem as more important is the ability to “hang in there” and make it right. At every turn, this is what happened. Anything that may not have been to plan, the staff, technicians and supervising personnel went above and beyond to correct and to make me feel well taken care of. That alone give cause to trust the company. I recommend them without reservation!!

  I am having a issue with my HVAC system leaking and I had a technician from one hour heating I believe and they told me I had a slew of issue and would cost me over $5,500+ to fix everything. I refused to believe that so I called around and found John and I couldn’t be happier, not only did he come over and explain the issue to where I could understand and how it occurred he was respectful and friendly AND the fix DID NOT cost $5,500 to fix. Not even close. If anyone ever needs HVAC work done call John, I promise he will help you to the best of his ability! Him and his partner are great! Thank you again!

  The repair mechanic, Justin, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He offered various options and was not a high pressure salesperson. I needed to get additional pricing on a system replacement not just a repair and he coordinated the proper person to visit my home to discuss those options as well. Paul the PM for replacement arrived and was also extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable about my options and we are currently defining the exact scope of work regarding any electrical upgrades which may be required. Overall I am very satisfied with the interactions so far.
