  We met with Kyle to get a quote on installing Ethernet under our crawl space, and we ended up with that as well as a quote for a new electrical panel. Mr. Sparky isn’t the cheapest option, but they do offer a good warranty, a service plan, and excellent service. Kyle was on time, polite, respectful, very knowledgeable, and he did a great job overall, but we decided to go another route. One thing I want to add - Although you might call them to quote one particular item, they are trained to find other issues to add onto the quote. They are also trained to point out the dangers and produce a sense of urgency. Older people especially need to be aware of this ahead of time. This is not a “shady practice,” but it is a sales strategy a lot of businesses use. Just be alert and be prepared for the upsell. If you plan to live in your home for years to come, Mr. Sparky offers a great long-term protection plan.

  Mike was a huge help to us.Our lights were fluttering and after his inspection he found a major safety issue that should have been fixed during the build. He was able to fix it the same day and documented everything for us. He was really down to earth the whole time he was here, we appreciate his help!

  Kyle was at my residence today for a GFI issue. He is a wonderful person and is very knowledgeable about his job. I would highly recommend him to all my neighbors here. I had a home inspection here that did not see the issues that Kyle found. He is definitely an asset to your company.

  Had an unexpected power outage for my furnace and garage door opener. Had difficulty finding someone to come out and check it. Thought I had a serviceman lined up but, after 5 days they never followed through on emailing me an estimate. I left numerous voice messages and text messages but, to no avail. I finally contacted Mr. Sparky and they sent out 2 servicemen the same day. James and Antonio were great. James explained the work that needed to be done, and what my options were, and the cost of each option. Very professional and thorough. Work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. Highly recommend

  Mike arrived at our home at the agreed time, we went through what our issues were, and he explained what was needed and the cost. We moved forward with the repairs, which were completed with the utmost professionalism and respect for our needs and our home.
