  Connor from Benjamin Plumbing came out for an annual assessment and was fantastic! He was quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Connor and Benjamin Plumbing!

  Jake was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and fixed both leaks. He also had a sense of humor - a nice touch. He arrived during the expected time frame, assessed the problem and proceeded to fix everything. He explained the need for replacing the pvc pipe with brass because the threading isn’t as secure. No more leak. I am happy.

  Hello, I hesitated with this review because I was waiting for a call back. But tomorrow will be a week. The rep was very nice personably. Had a shower that dripped. He said needed a divert or which he did not have on the truck and had to go to a plumber supply store.then had a problem removing the faucet, we decided if he couldn’t I’d just pay the visit fee. He did get the faucet off but had to break it. Said plumbing supply store didn’t have it so would have to be ordered, faucet, trim kit. Which would be another 186 plus visit. And he would call me that night or the next day regarding how long. And since have never heard another word. So as of this time I’d say I will find some other company. Greg was very pleasant and worked hard to get the trim kit off. Also appreciate that he took time to make sure the diverter was right but in general not so happy with Benjamin Franklin.

  Nick was here to advise us on the installation of a free standing tub which would replace our garden tub that has been removed wilthout the new tub being delivered yet he took meassurements and looked at the website of the new tub. He was friendly, knowledgable and respectful. He educated us on the cost variables and financing options. We thank you for your time buf the pricing is not affordable for us Thank you

  We had a fantastic experience with Greg Ragsdale and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Right off the bat, BFP’s customer service stood out as exceptional. A real human is available to answer the phone at essentially all hours of the day/night and a rep took care of our requests right away. No automated phone tag or long waits, and they successfully scheduled a technician to come out the next day both times we called! Greg originally came out to repair a leaking toilet when we had folks staying at our house for a week. When the problem unexpectedly flared back up 2 weeks later, Greg came right back out to inspect it. He honored the warranty without hesitation, handled the fix completely free of charge, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. It is rare to find a professional with Greg’s level of honesty, integrity, and dedication to standing behind his work. I couldn’t recommend him and the team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing more highly!
