  Jason came to my home to fix a problem I had that was a miscommunication with my Builder. And accredited. He fixed the problem and went out of his way to explain more features about the Elevator. I was unaware of. He even gave me some safety information about going away and if a storm should come. I was completely satisfied and happy with his work.

  I have an elevaory from them, and its always breaking. I call them they say yea its "finickey" idk what that means but sounds like a lousy product. When u want to make an appointment they put u on the calendar 2 weeks out. the repair fee is $450 regardless of if it takes 2 minutes or 2 hours but the kicker is if u do a repair and routine maintenance in one shot it is $450 for repair plus $450 for annual maintenance, only 1 trip by the technician. they refuse to bill by the house and seems like the "finicky" elevator is more of a profit center that leaves people suffering with unreliable product

  After my disappointment with the service due to issues arising from my annual service and timeliness of response as a Platinum member, the service department heard my concerns, and responded. I got a call from the Service manager and he committed to getting technicians to me that day. They came and it took them literally 30 seconds to push a couple contacts that were loose and it was fixed. I appreciate the involvement and response from the Service manager and the techs that came to fix the issue yesterday. Well done.

  Wallace elevator Service technician Edwin was very professional and determined to help address alignment problem with elevator. Since home is located in OC near marshes it floods several times a year which results in humidity and sinking of the garage pad which caused the door to stick and jam which broke the door release unit. Edwin spent time analyzing the situation and relocated new unit to properly align the door. While I was not happy about expensive part hopefully this solution will address the problem going forward. Glad he was such a dedicated and professional tech.

  I would strongly discourage anyone from using Accredited Home Elevators. They charged us approximately $15,000 to install a control box while telling us upfront that it might not even solve the problem because the motor unit could already be fried. We understood the risk and signed the contract anyway. Unfortunately, the control box did not fix the issue—the motor unit was indeed bad. At that point, I repeatedly contacted the company asking for an estimate to replace the motor. I explained over and over that I needed the estimate to submit to my insurance company so I could obtain the funds to move forward with the repair and pay the remaining balance. My family was left without a functioning elevator while we waited for a simple estimate. Despite numerous phone calls and messages, no one ever responded. No estimate. No follow-up. No customer service. Instead, they simply charged the remaining balance to my credit card without addressing the issue or responding to our repeated requests. We eventually hired another elevator company, and they came out, replaced the motor unit, and got our elevator working again. The pricing was excessive, the communication was nonexistent, and the lack of concern for customers was shocking. My family was left dealing with an unusable elevator while Accredited Home Elevators ignored us and took our money. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
