Our technician,, David , was professional, proficient and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us diagnose an issue we’re having, and explained his findings in straightforward and understandable terms. On a scale of one to ten, we rate him as eleven! Thank you David.
Have luxury of having a home elevator - had had multiple problems with it - until this last visit - when Texhnician David Reyes-Torres arrived! He did full diagnostic…. Checked whole system and found all the doors needed adjusting. He took time to adjust all of them and elevator has been working flawlessly since! A++ David

The technician did his work and when done he told me that a hose needed replacement and he didn’t have it on his truck. He said that I would hear from the company when they would be back to replace the hose. It’s over a week and I haven’t heard anything from them. First, they should have something a simple as a hose on their truck. Second , I haven’t heard anything. They are quick to ask for their annual service fees. I wish they were as fast at servicing my elevator.

The technician Greg was terrific. The process leading up to it was a bit unfair. It was not clear to me the issues that resulted in a a roughly $6,500 charge. The initial technician said I might have a few minor issues and next thing I know the office is calling me and saying I have a leak that could stop the elevator at any time plus a battery issue. I was trusting that the elevator needed over $6K of work but after inspecting for myself that there in fact was no leak. You would be able to see if there was a leak once you can inspect the underbelly of the elevator. I did that myself once I could see the bottom of the pit/shaft area. I do not believe there were over $6K of issues. I committed to it so kept my word, but in hindsight I feel I was sold versus serviced. Accredited should aim to do better. It has good people but the incentives possibly are to push products/services vs. servicing for what truly needs repaired. All of the above is my opinion.
