  Our technician, Chris, showed up on time and made the repairs to our Elevator that were needed. When I make my appointments with Accredited Home Elevator, I always ask for him to be the tech on the service call. He has the experience and knowledge to usually successfully repair our elevator in one visit. That’s important to us. Thanks AHE!

  Roseann in the office was as always professional and helpful in setting up the maintenance appointment. Joshua the technician showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable and successfully identified and repaired the issue.

  We are new owners ( June 2026) of an AHE “Bristol” elevator.It has been operating well all summer. Last week, the unit would not operate, and after speaking with Roseann Wilkes - who was a great listener -and trying to a few troubleshooting steps, she arranged for a warranty tech call.. Israel Lopez arrived on time and quickly found the cause- which was an accidental pushing( my bad) of the Emergency Stop button. Israel explained what happened - reset the button and gave me a rundown on overriding the Stop function. He then provided a refresher on the in unit panel( alarm, phone etc). Next , he walked me through the actual master panel features.Lastly, he changed the default stop floor location after we discussed our normal usage patterns. The man really knew his stuff, the product- and was as enthusiastic and personable as could be. ( The last sentence is really important- he made me comfortable in going forward. The guy was genuinely interested in what he does—and his personality … well you couldn’t beat it)

  Isiah provided excellent annual maintenance service. He explained what he was checking and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand as a homeowner. Isiah was respectful of my home to ensure clean shoes after coming from a muddy service call. I also appreciate the communication from Accredited Home Elevator regarding the status and timing of Isiah’s arrival.
