  What an absolutely amazing company. I have been dealing with standing water in my backyard for nearly a decade, making part of my back yard unusable after a heavy rain for a few days. This crew came in and fixed it in 2 DAYS!!!! Such an easy process getting a very accurate estimate for both time and cost. The team showed up at 8am on Monday morning and worked straight thru till nearly 8pm. After the team wrapped I received a detailed email about the work that was accomplished and that they would be coming back to finish on Friday due to the yard being so muddy and having to drain and dry for the final grading and topsoil. Friday morning back for round 2 at 8:30am and the team worked till at least 6pm, leaving my yard far better than then found it. Everything that was moved , including an entire fence panel, was back in place. The guys even went as far as to wash the street where they prepped the rock and topsoil. They grading they did in our yard is absolutely perfect... only issue was I didn't find these guys 10 years ago! Everything was done exactly as promised and on budget, the communication from the office was stellar and we could not be any happier.

  I had a major project done by GSL, foundation waterproofing and a complete exterior drainage system around the house. Five days of work, not a small undertaking by any measure. From the very first conversation, these guys stood out. I was comparing at least five companies before making my decision, and Kaitlin was patient, thorough, and prompt in answering every single question I had, and I had a lot of them. No pressure, no runaround. Just honest, clear answers every time. Once work started, Greg was on site personally, walking me through each step and making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. The crew is highly skilled, careful, and they treated my property like it was their own home. Every single evening before leaving they cleaned up the site completely. Every morning they came back ready to go. That kind of professionalism is rare. They genuinely care about getting the job right, not about selling you more than you need. They never once tried to upsell me or push something I didn't ask for. Everything was focused on solving my actual problem the right way. And after the project was done, they followed up to make sure everything was working properly and that I was happy with the results. They stand behind their work long after the crew packs up and leaves. I will work with them again in the future.

  From the very beginning, when Greg came to my house to assess my drainage issue and the dog run I was trying to design ,he was attentive, open to my ideas, and also offered valuable professional insight. The company was extremely easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and stayed in touch consistently, even when weather caused schedule changes. On days when I was not home, they followed up with videos to keep me updated on the progress, which I truly appreciated. I fund their pricing to be fair and reasonable for the excellent quality of work they delivered. Upon completion of the project, they went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning up my driveway and backyard. They even offered to install a temporary fence to keep my dogs off the newly seeded grass. I would highly recommend GSL for any water management or drainage needs. They are professional, reliable, and deliver outstanding results.

  GSL Contracting did an outstanding job removing the blacktop and replacing it with concrete. Greg and his team were professional, responsive, and delivered exactly what we asked for. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and took real pride in their work. The finished concrete looks fantastic and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend GSL Contracting and would absolutely work with Greg and his team again.

  Couldn't recommend GSL more highly! Needed grading done in our very uneven backyard. Kaitlin was great from a scheduling and communication perspective throughout the process. Greg was quick to come out and provide a transparent and reasonable quote. Greg and his team did amazing work, going above and beyond to leave our yard looking 100x better than before! The crew was thorough and detail oriented, and we appreciated that very much! Won't hesitate to use GSL again for other projects, and will recommend to everyone we know. Thank you again!
