  We are extremely happy new customers. Beth in the office is extremely courteous and prompt. Jake and Harry were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to have at our home. Looking forward to future projects with Garneau Electric.

  I cannot thank the entire team at Garneau Electric enough for going above and beyond when I needed it most. I was just days away from closing on my house and needed smoke detectors installed before an inspection. During their initial visit on Friday, they discovered there was no power going to the original detector. In an already stressful situation, that was the last thing I wanted to hear, but Paul and his team immediately put me at ease. They fit me into their schedule, came back on Monday, and had the issue fixed so quickly, helping me stay on track for my closing. Not to mention, their work is meticulous and high-quality. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly kind, communicative, and reassuring. They made sure I knew what was happening and assured me everything would be okay. I truly felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Their care and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to me than I can say. I will be a customer for life and cannot recommend Garneau Electric highly enough!

  I had a minor emergency and literally stumbled onto Garneau Electric. The service was excellent / from the incredibly efficient receptionist/dispatcher (Beth) right through to the amazing technicians who arrived promptly, listened to my issue, diagnosed quickly and repaired the issue even more quickly. I can not say enough good things. From providing quick, same day service to putting on booties over their shoes without even being asked (they brought their own!) their attention to detail and high quality customer-centric service was one of the most pleasant surprises I have had in a long time !!!! I would not hesitate in recommending Garneau Electric to anyone !
