Mathew, Brien, Wyatt and Zach did an amazing job at helping us update our 2 bathrooms. It was a tight squeeze with one vanity, but they worked very hard to be able to get us what we wanted! They checked in at every step and made sure we were happy with the product and their work. Friendly, kind and clean-can’t ask for more! We are very happy with their work and will be using Jerms again in the future.

Brandon did a great job explaining what was wrong and making the repairs. He had to drive all the way to Lebanon and back to get parts needed and fixed it same day! We will definitely continue to use this company they have been nothing but professional, friendly, and able to get the work done in a timely manner.

Brandon was absolutely wonderful!! Great personality, excellent Tech that knows his field !! Super chill kinda guy, on time and great workmanship!! The gas stove that he installed is beautiful, looks great in place instead of sitting in our living room like it has been for a month 😂 we should have called JERMS first!! About a month ago!!! We know now !! Highly recommend JERMS for ALL of your HVAC / plumbing & Heating needs!! Thank you so very much Brandon !! Karen Davis / Emily Paquette White River Junction, VT

I had a mini-split and electric hot water heater installed. Brien, the electrician was awesome. It wasn't an easy job, but he did it well and answered all my questions. Dylan and Josh were here for 3 days and did a great job. They were always courteous and also answered all my questions. The place was cleaned up perfectly when they all left. I would recommend Jerm's.

Called because a bathroom sink was clogged. They fixed the clog that day. Since then we have spent $3000 to guarantee quicker service. That was six months ago. With some of that money we were told we needed and bought a filter system for our well water. We will know in 20 years whether it was worth it. We were told at one point our well had run dry. That wasn’t true. Our kitchen sink which worked perfectly when they arrived, now six months later can’t be used to clean its own sink. Much less clean dishes. We have used Jerms since he opened. It was great when he was hands on. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for anything at their present level of service.
