  I recently had Simmons Plumbing and HVAC service come out to my home to flush my Rinnai water heater. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Brian, the service technician, did a wonderful job. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very personable. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Because of the excellent service I received, I decided to purchase a two-year service contract covering my furnace, Rinnai water heater, and air conditioning unit. It’s reassuring to know that my HVAC systems will be maintained by a company that values customer service and employs technicians like Brian. I highly recommend Simmons Plumbing and HVAC for their quality workmanship and outstanding customer care.

  We've used Simmons for over 2 decades. They've installed our furnace, water heater and now a second AC system. They've walked me through resetting my furnace on Christmas Eve and responded to several emergency plumbing calls. Yesterday while installing the new AC in the attic, a light fixture exploded and caught fire. Nick and Seth grabbed the extinguisher and put it out before it could cause a bigger fire. We will be forever grateful!

  Brian and Seth came to tune up our A/C , Furnace and water heater.They answered all our questions and explained what they were doing while working . Very professional and polite they would be more than welcomed back if needed…Simmons is very lucky to have them !!!

  Simmons was extremely prompt in responding when our water heater began leaking. Seth and Brian were professional and explained our options clearly. They worked quickly and efficiently to replace the unit and we are very happy with the results!
