  I had a small house roofed by an Adam Vaillancourt crew and am thrilled with the result! The house is a one hundred year old New Englander with many changes in the roof line and old boards under the shingles. The roof was clad in new plywood and a water blocking layer before the shingles. The crew arrived early ready to remove shingles and worked all day so the entire roof was done by the end of the day. The clean-up was exemplary. After three quotes from other companies I settled on this company for both price and explanation of how the work would be done. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, this company kept me in the loop. Thank you for a job well done!

  Communication is an issue with this company unfortunately. Roof was due to be done on a Saturday but the crew didn’t come. Project manager said that day they would be back Wednesday. No one showed up Wednesday and i found out that the project manager doesn’t make appts. Now they will be here Monday and they were there on time. Roof looks amazing! Clean up in our yard was stellar. Waiting for the porta potty to be picked up. Wish they hadn’t cut into one of my deck poles and wish they hadn’t scuffed up my deck railing. One question i had was that the building permit stated 30+ yr shingles and we were told they were 50 year shingles so which is correct? Financing was easy too. I would recommend them for install definitely, just keep the communication open! Edit: I got a text about the things that were damaged and requested to speak to a supervisor. Twice today they said he’d call…still waiting.

  The sales team was knowledgeable and prompt. The videos and photos that scoped the issues made it easy to see that was wrong and that hat needed to be fixed. The installation team was great. Efficient, clean and the roof looks great!
