Actually enjoyed this experience! Very professional from a to z. The job was discussed as well as exactly the materials to be used with an explanation of why. The front office was though in their communication. The on sight coordinator, Robert, guided the team, protecting the house and installing The roof. I noticed that all safety was being required. Pictures were sent of the projects progress, the area was cleaned after and all debris taken away. I felt like communication and standards of practice were upheld to a high degree with this company.

Rob Rivera from Adam Vaillancourt Roofing (AVR) was great to work with. He was knowledgable, efficient, and very professional. Rob kept me informed through every step of the roofing repair project. Although it was a very small project, Rob treated me and my family as though it was a major undertaking. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by Rob and the crew from AVR. Cat from AVR was extremely helpful in coordinating the roofing work with HVAC work that was being done in conjunction with the roofing repair. I cannot review the effectiveness of the roof repair just yet because the repair was just completed and has not been tested. I will leave an additional review when the roof repair is tested after the winter. As far as the roofing repair project and the coordination of the project with the HVAC company, I thought AVR did an outstanding job! Rob Rivera and Cat Vaillancourt represent AVR extremely well. I would gladly recommend Adam Vaillancourt Roofing to anyone looking to have professional roofing work done.

The repair team was on time arriving exactly as the scheduler had conveyed a week before the work was to be completed. Justin and his repair team were knowledgeable about every step of the repair and alteration to the leaf guards system. They were courteous and cleaned up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Adam Vaillancourt for all roofing needs.

The repair team was on time and knowledgeable about the components that were part of the alteration of the copper leaf guards and damaged asphalt shingles. The whole experience was painless and they were very neat and cleaned up after performing the roofing work. I highly recommend the Adam Vaillancourt team for roofing repairs.
