  I had a great experience with MGS Construction and have no complaints. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. Mike provided a no-pressure estimate and came across as trustworthy, informative, and honest from the start. The crew arrived on schedule and completed my roof replacement in just one day. They did a thorough job cleaning up, and I've yet to find a stray nail. Best of all, the final cost matched the estimate, even after they replaced some rotted wood. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend MGS Construction to anyone in need of a new roof.

  We contracted with MGS construction to have a new roof put on our vacation home in Freedom NH which also included removing an original skylight that we were glad to see gone! Our home looks great now & the work site was so clean & picked up you never new they were here!! Job well done. Thanks MGS 😊

  I knew I wanted a GAF roof so went through their website and picked the three highest rated installers. I got quotes of $21K, $27.5K and $47.5K. The low bidder did not include attic venting so we went with MGS Construction. Al Guevara walked us through the entire project including climbing the roof with me. We got a date and everything was as scheduled, materials were delivered the day before the work was to be done, dumpster arrived the morning of the job. The foreman Ricky and his crew arrived promptly and did a professional job with no damage to surrounding plants. The job was completed that day and cleanup was excellent. We made a good call to use MGS Construction for this project!

  MGS was great to work with. Incredibly timely and did a fantastic job on my roof…not the easiest roof either. I also think their price was very fair. They cleaned up well at the end which we very much appreciated. If I could give one tip to others doing a roof replacement….try not to do it on a very hot day. The tarps they use to hang from the gutters and catch the tiles coming off caused some of my shrubs to die…even though they were covered for only one day….the heat got to them. Not the fault of MSG…just bad luck of too hot a day. Great company to work with from sales to installers. Highly recommend!

  Please exercise caution when considering this company. My experience was that the work was performed in a highly unprofessional manner, and despite my attempts to bring errors to their attention, they declined to return and rectify them. Following several follow-up requests, I was informed that a correction was scheduled, but this never materialized. Ultimately, I ceased my efforts. I now regret having paid them before the work was completed to a satisfactory standard, as I believe this would have provided a stronger incentive for them to return and address the concerns I raised.
