  From our first conversation to job completion, MGS Construction is a top notch company in workmanship and final cost. I worked with Al from the onset, he was knowledgeable, informative and personable. He knows everything under the sun about roofing, and described in detail what he was going to replace, which materials would be used, and what effect it would have on the home and the property, for 50 YEARS. He offered us many choices. I was kept in the loop with frequent messages in the scheduling phase, before the work began. The day of the work the site foreman Ricky arrived early, he was awesome. He kept me informed throughout the day about what was going on in various stages, the old tile removal, wood replacement... great guy. Al visited the site twice. Their ppl left the place spotless and clean, backyard and front of house and driveway. I can't recommend this team enough. These days from my experience I'm weary of contractors, the horror stories everyone's heard. Believe me from my own experience today, you will make the right choice with MGS Construction, you're in competent hands for your roofing needs. You won't find a better point man for your project than Al, he's simply the best ☆☆☆☆☆

  Al is fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and responds quickly to all inquiries.They installed a new roof and also replaced older, malfunctioning gutters. The installation crew was meticulous, hard working and kept the area clean and safe. MGS Construction is GAF Gold Pledge certified providing a great transferable warranty on workmanship which adds significant value and speaks for itself. Pricing is competitive and quality is top notch. The new roof truly has transformed our house. Talk about curb appeal! I highly recommend MGS!

  We had our roof replaced yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crew was a pleasure to work with — professional, hardworking, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire job. They paid close attention to detail and did an impeccable cleanup afterward, leaving our property spotless. Michael Manick was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, took the time to answer questions, and recommended the best options based on the age and condition of the existing materials rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work. He was straightforward, honest, and negotiated a fair price that we felt good about. The company also completed the roof on my mother’s property next door, and both jobs turned out great. It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines quality workmanship, professionalism, and great customer service. Highly recommend!

  This company cares about its customers. They installed a new roof on the house and detached garage. All personnel are professional and respectful of the customer and the property at all times. Crew worked very hard all day. Foreman on site all day. Sales Manager, Mike, on site to check on everything for many hours. Every question answered. Carefully explained everything. I couldn’t be more pleased with this beautiful job. Clean up was fantastic. I highly recommend this company!

  I have nothing but good things to say about MGS Construction. Mike contacted me within minutes of requesting a roofing quote and set up a time to come out. He explained each component of the installation and showed me samples of each. He took measurements and I was given a reasonable quote. He understood my concern over my two dogs, my male who would want to be out in the yard to “supervise” the crew and my female who is timid around strangers. We decided to schedule the installation to coordinate with the day the male would be at the groomer. The installation day was cloudy with a chance of rain at any time. The crew started to arrive before 6:30am and quietly began prep work while awaiting material delivery. They were hopeful they would be able to complete the job that day, despite the threat of rain. They began tear-off of the old roof shingles around 7am. Tarps were placed to protect my property, and special care was taken in the back yard dog area to minimize nails on the ground. I headed to the groomer around 9:30 and brought my female along to get her away from the noise. I did some errands and returned around 11 am. To my surprise, a large area of the roof was already done. Mike showed up shortly after noon and said they should be done in about an hour. Sure enough, they finished and cleaned up the area, using a magnet to remove any nails and were gone by 1:45. Mike did a final check-in with me and advised that I keep an eye out for nails as the magnet is not 100% reliable. I raked the dog area and have not found any nails. Now, I just am waiting for the dumpster to be picked up tomorrow. The whole process was easy and very professional. I love how the new roof looks. I chose the Landmark Pro architectural shingles in Moire Black. I would not hesitate to recommend MGS Construction.
