  After two no-shows with another company, and no responses from my regular heating company, pettigrew was the most professional company I have dealt within a long time: Clear communication, prompt, and knowledgeable. Louis fixed the problem with my furnace in a speedy and neat way. I am so happy with this company.

  Gio arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment and quickly realized the job would take longer than originally allotted. He was accommodating and rescheduled for Sunday, which worked out perfectly for us. His work was excellent, he left everything neat and clean, and he was upfront about what to expect throughout the process. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!

  The gentlemen that arrived were very courteous and professional. They worked efficiently and effectively as a team, and were a delight to have in the house. They explained everything thoroughly when they were Done and did an excellent job of cleaning up and taking away debris from the shower install. I would recommend Pettigrew to anyone in their effective radius!

  THIS ISN'T HARD. You need work done, sometimes urgently. You go to experience, honesty, professionalism and knowledge. That's Pettigrew. We've used them to replace central AC. We've used them for faucet leaks. We've used them for sewer pipe issues. No matter what the need, they're there to get the job done right the first time, for an honest price. You can get service almost anywhere, but if you want the best, and you don't want to have to worry, trust what you read, not just from us, but so many others. There's a reason these folks are so well regarded, and it's EARNED. they've been around a long time and earned their reputation because they're not just in this for today's buck, but the long-term customer who returns and recommends them. They don't hire just anyone with a wrench. They onboard only the best, and it shows EVERY SINGLE TIME.

  I needed a simple repair and had the part, but I couldn’t do it myself after all and called Pettigrew. Connar was right on time (early actually) on appointment day and didn’t waste time installing the faucet. He even looked at something else (trivial) for me and fixed that too. The bill was reasonable and I would easily call them again for any plumbing issues.
