They arrived on time and worked with purpose and efficiency to complete the job, which also included coordinating tasks with the electricians. They were friendly and personable during the install and answered all our questions. Myles and the other young man who came out had it figured out quickly, replaced the corroded valve that failed and we now have hot showers again!! Pettigrew has a text alert system that let us to when they would arrive, which was very helpful and allowed us to be at work and get back to house to meet the techs, instead of having to wait home all day. Thanks again, we recommend Pettigrew 100%!

The technician had great advice and came early to help us out. I said that the new toilet was my favorite Christmas present. The next time it was to fix some work someone else did incorrectly. I am grateful for their help and to have a reliable plumber on call!
- DDDouglas DesjardinsMay 7, 20265.0Pettigrew is great. We have used them over the years for various plumbing repairs. A few years ago when our adult kids were home for Christmas we had a "shower leak." I shut off the water and we went out of town. Pettigrew came by to see what was up with the "leak"--technician was there for 10 minutes and said our son must have overflowed the shower--and there was no leak. Best of all he didn't even charge us for a service call, saying he didn't do any work. Yesterday they came by to check out our water heater and HVAC system as we are selling our condo. They did a completely thorough report. Myles worked with us on getting to the compressor--which had some obstacles. All the folks at Pettigrew are a joy to work with--one of the reasons we just moved down the street is the great services you get in Portsmouth.
