He explained our choices.and the relative cost/ benefit of those choices. He completed the repair in a professional manner. He cleaned up his work area. He was a professional in every respect and was a pleasure to have in our home. AND our shower is working properly.

The reason one star off was the communication. We had a 9 to 12 window and he arrived at 1. No big deal, I just wish that had been communicated to us when they realized they would not make the time frame. Over all would recommend!

I had an issue after biz hours, with a full day of clients the following day. I was expecting to make several phone calls after I left a message, but Ben Pettigrew responded to my call & came to my house that evening! He gave me options to fix various plumbing issues honestly. He actually had the parts to fix the issue I initially called about & he replaced a broken/leaking valve on my boiler and I was good to go. He also gave me great advice on a handful of issues that I had bouncing around in my head, but had no time to get around to. His pricing was very reasonable (esp. compared to equally- if not less reputable- plumbing companies). He knows what he’s doing and it shows, & he thinks outside the box… like a homeowner does …which I respect. Very professional, fast and thorough. I highly recommend Pettigrew plumbing & HVAC. He is one of the few companies I go out of my way to recommend to clients and friends.
