  I had a perfectly fine experience with the actual purchase, and I don't think they're bad people. My only issue was the location. I found Timberland Glass by searching for glass companies in Concord. Their Google listing showed a Concord address, and I even confirmed the address with them twice over the phone. When I arrived, they were gone. I had to call again, and that's when I found out they had moved over a year ago. The new location was over an hour away. Since I had already left a deposit, I really had no choice but to make the drive. When I got there, I mentioned that their Google listing still showed the old address. They said they had changed it, but Google keeps changing it back. I understand things like that can happen because I've dealt with similar issues in my own business. The difference is, once a customer was inconvenienced, we made it a priority to get it fixed and kept checking to make sure it stayed correct. I never even got an apology for the inconvenience, which was disappointing. I'm not leaving a one-star review because the transaction itself was fine. I'm leaving this review in the hope that they'll get their online listing corrected so the next customer doesn't waste their time like I did.

  I have worked with Timberland Glass & Mirror numerous times and have been extremely happy with their service every time. I have used for auto, home and business glass and wouldn't go anywhere else.
