  Celeb was amazing and worked very fast. I appreciate the company coming out within the 24-hour period of calling. Stand up shower valve was leaking and needed to be replaced it was done in 1 hour. However, the prices are a little steep for the work done.

  I had as great experience with Connor as he was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my Septic system and went over and above to temporarily rectify the problem until it can be permanently corrected. Thanks

  Cody was fantastic and provided a ton of detail on our system. This was the first time we have emptied our tank as it’s a new home to us. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with.   My on line inquiries led to a mailed coupon and free camera inspection of the main sewer line from house to street. Two other recent camera views and estimates across the board ( High Ground gave est.w/out camera view ) with the city helping review-Dover DPW B. Boulanger has been here twice-Ellis bros. in 1997 did 28 ' new 4 " SDR 35 PVC, 4 " adapter and 22 degree elbow, hot top for $ 800. It was the first 5 ' I wanted to get estimates and assess need for. Quick appt. time the tech was more skilled than the Mr. R. guy and NH septic. The city approves lining v. ripping up the yard. But if the porch gets replaced excavation could happen. Relative to my income limited at present they have financing which I would need and my Plumber in Dover has competitive bidding. Luck has it my planned upgrade is not a needed repair, the cast iron mostly replaced, 100 year old house. Issue of lead pipes in Dover, my line is copper. As a pipefitter from the shipyard I leave the important things to the professionals. If I was working I would go ahead with this project. NH septic design ( might have been High Ground ) had an estimate with membership pricing. Mr. R guy wanted to tear up my nice clean concrete floor. My main plumber could beat the estimates. When the first repair was needed it backed up into basement so 4 " poured concrete, $2,900 French perimeter drain ( R D Concrete ) solved this, in 2006, 9 yrs. after ( year of the flood ) Ellis bros. under a new name and does emergencies. My neighbour at the time able to help with porch removal ( Dover is strict about repairs and replacements ) as he had his line done, one excavating company I saw on Locust st. declined my request for estimate and had no comment on problems he encountered. Laying new pipe is not always a plumbers job. City fixed the connection twice and did not charge the second time. Work with city when required, my driveway paving shut down 2 times.
