Connor from Rowell’s came to our house to help us figure out why we are getting water in our basement. We looked at the home drainage outfall pipe and discussed options of using the camera to examine the pipe and also how the plants in the yard may have affected the pipe over time. We came to a decision as to how to proceed. There was no pressure from Connor and he presented as sincerely interested in helping us. We appreciated his sincerity, knowledge and sense of humor (in terms of the junk in our basement!). We would definitely recommend Rowell’s to friends should they have the type of problem that Rowell’s would be able to remedy.
Caleb was quick, courteous, professional, outgoing, right to task. Everything that you want when you hire a plumber.
Office personnel were very courteous and friendly. Texts were sent with pictures to identify the technician arriving as well as arrival time and link. All very professional and handled very well.

Jarrod Hennessy and his trainee, Scott, performed maintenance services to the highest level of attention to detail. They methodically executed the intricate maintenance steps on the 4-zone Viessmann heating system ensuring all components were operating optimally per specs and met all the safety standards.
I would also like to extend my gratitude to Jamie, HVAC Manager, who kindly helped with understanding our specific maintenance needs and ensured that the maintenance personnel with the appropriate Viessmann experience were dispatched for the job.
Buyer beware! We called Rowell's for next day service. My company provided credit card information to process a $99 truck fee which was described as a deposit for services performed. The next day services were performed and the truck fee was left on the bill. After calling accounting, we were told we did everything to make the deposit, but due to a failure on the Rowell's Service's team to process the deposit payment we had to pay the truck fee. Their prices are also higher than other local, independent, reliable service providers. Beware of using Rowells

Our experience with Brandon Carter, the plumber in charge of the job and the small crew that later showed up, was excellent. He was polite, professional and competent. We were very pleased with him. The reason my review is only 3 stars and not 5, is that the pricing was utterly ridiculous. I’d hate to think that it was because our need was semi-emergent….we were without hot water. But installation costs that are 3+ times the cost of the heater after readily available rebates, which was procured elsewhere, is inexcusable. And charging $400 for changing shower valve cartridges is simply gouging. We did not have time to contract an independent plumber and we had guests, so we agreed. We felt we had no choice. Also, although very polite and efficient , the customer service people making the appointment gave conflicting information. First we were told that 4pm was the latest appointment so we booked that, then they called a day or two later saying they needed more time for the job although the job was fully explained on the first call (the first rep didn’t know what a hybrid hot water heater is), then they requested to come earlier when the job order made its way to dispatch planning. We made arrangements for them to come earlier (1pm) and I called that morning to confirm that the heater was on-site at 11 am and they could come as early as noon, but Brandon didn’t show until 4 pm, the originally booked time. Others came later. We were also told that two technicians would come, but originally there was only one. At the end of the day, the jobs were completed and Brandon and his team were great. Rowell’s is very good if you need something quick. You can easily get them scheduled. But being so large, there’s likely a wide variance in plumber competence, in my opinion……we felt fortunate to get Brandon Carter. But if you have more time, I’d suggest shopping around. You pay big time for their availability.
