  the PM, Rob R. Is extremely well versed and knowledgably talented WRT installing Standing Seam Metal Roofing. his installers worked well with him and he stayed on top of the project with continuous updates and answered all questions i threw at him. the crew did a great job protecting the house during old roof tear off. laying protective tarps to catch all the debris and ground crew members chasing any and all metal fasteners. the roof is performing well and Mother Nature has thrown some Heavy Rains, Winds and currently, Extreme Heat tests to verify it works as expected. Waiting on the final task for the project: New Gutter installation and Snow Gems. that task is scheduled.

  Our Condominium Association set up our home roof replacement with Adam Vaillancourt Roofing, LLC and I'm so glad they did. The team showed up exactly at the time I was told they would (which is usually rare for contractors) and were on the job immediately and finished an hour and a half sooner than projected. I'm actually still doing walk arounds to see if I can find any problems and I just can't find anything other than superior quality workmanship. I can't say enough about Keith the Project Manager, he was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and kept me informed all along the way and I believe went out of his way to ensure a perfect quality job. Kudos to this team of professional roofers...

  We can't make this review short and sweet so here we go We had Adam Vaillancourt roofing at our home in Groveland today Our experience with Wallace and his crew was nothing but exceptional, from communication all the way to the yard clean up when the job was complete . Everything went very smoothly, like a fine oiled machine. Wallace was friendly,very easy to talk to,kind and was informative. He has a very hard working crew like nose to the grindstone hard working!! The only time they stopped was for lunch They were very polite. As for their workmanship we give them a 10 Spotless yard clean up when they finished Roof looks so beautiful we love it Now we need the garage done

  Everyone was very professional, from the salesman who helped me get what I needed at a reasonable price, to the service crew who installed the roof. When my date had to be cancelled due to weather, they let me know right away, with the new date (only 2 days away). Rodolfo called me the night before to let me know when they would be there in the morning and to make sure the shingles and anything else was here. When they arrived in the morning, the crew went to work moving anything that could be damaged out of the way and put down tarps all around the house to catch the roof debris. Then they went to work. I have to admit that it was a noisy day, but we'll worth it for the results. When done they pick up all the tarps and other debris. They even went over the whole area with a magnetic roller to get up nails and other metal pieces (a real plus when you have 2 dogs!). Then they put everything back where it belonged. All in all, they did a really great job and my roof looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend them for any roof problems!

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Asan Vaillencourt team under the management of Keith Fisher. A couple of days before the project was to start, the materials were delivered, protected from the elements. On the day of the project, Keith showed up with his truck and the dumpster and asked where I'd like it. He's a nice guy to speak with, but more than that, I think he's also a nice guy to work with. His team was efficient and actually had the roof finished an hour within the approximated time. He made sure to keep present with the team, the process and keeping me in the loop and answering any questions I had. If he didn't have the answer, he called in to find out and let me know the answer. When the project was completed, I was impressed with simple beauty of the work - the neat shingling and the added protection of sanding and painting the vents and stacks. Quite a thorough job of cleaning up and took care of a last inspection. Easy going is nice, and efficiency made the process easy. I would recommend him again as the manager of that great team.
