  I had a great first visit with Lance on the process and purchase. Wallace's Crew was excellent, communication was great, work was done quickly and to satisfaction. I was greeted when they arrived, everything was explained and asked if I had any questions. They did a beautiful job on our roof. They protected our home with tarps, cleaned up everything well, and did a final walk through. The manager Wallace took drone photos, showed me exactly what the project entailed from beginning to end, and sent me the pictures after. We did a final walkthrough together to ensure everything was picked up, nothing hazardous was left. Excellent job done

  Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Connor provided an accurate and proficient estimate. Keith supervised the job and managed the project. Keith went above and beyond our expectations. Very glad to use a local company.

  Andy Fredette came by to give us an estimate. He was so kind, friendly and honest. He took pictures and video and explained everything from the condition of our roof to each of the materials they will use for a roof replacement. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. We had another company coming out later this week for an additional quote and we cancelled them on the spot and sealed the deal with Andy and Vaillancourt Roofing due to Andy’s exceptional service and time spent explaining all the materials and details. Price was good and less than we were expecting. The true seal on the deal was knowing Andy is a Godly man and Vaillancourt a Kingdom organization. We praise God for helping us find the right friends to do this important job for us. Looking forward to seeing the work they do but we are confident it will be exceptional!! Andy Deserves a raise, can’t say enough, wonderful experience!

  We had a great experience with Adam Vaillancourt Roofing from start to finish. Andrew came out to assess our roof and provide a quote, and he was fantastic. He took a video with commentary showing what he found, which gave us a much better understanding of what actually needed to be done and why. The price was very reasonable, too. Justin Thibault and his team came out to do the roof ridge repair and were awesome. A crew of six showed up right on time and had everything done in less than two hours. They were fast, friendly, and professional—and even cleaned our skylights while they were up there, which was such a nice bonus. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and great to work with. We’d definitely recommend them!

  Getting a new roof can be nerve-wracking. However, this was not a difficult experience. It started with Andy who came and explained the types of materials that were going to be used and how they would work to protect our home. He even made it work with two contracts, one for each owner. We invited Vaillancourt to reroof our home. Rodolfo and his crew came out and got it done in two days. This is not an easy roof, it covers two dwellings, has various heights, and four dormers. Rodolfo and his crew had amazing work ethics. They worked steadily and well with each other. You could really tell that they were a well-oiled team. Rodolfo was great at answering my questions. (I am inquisitive, and though I try to stay out of the way, I will make sure that I understand what is going on.) Finally, the clean up was amazing. I think my front steps, deck and sidewalk behind my house are cleaner than they have been in years. Thanks to Vaillancourt roofing, I can go into this winter with confidence that winter will stay where it belongs: outside!
