  Test person showed up at the property on time and quickly placed his equipment. He explained how it works and the remediation system in place. He advised that a report would be emailed in 48 hours shortly after he picked up the equipment. Our report was available as promised.

  Hired Alpha for a home inspection as well as septic system, water and radon on a property we had offered to buy. Great experience with our inspector Ken. He arrived early to interact with the current owners and selling agent. He did a very thorough job and answered all of our questions. Reports were delivered quickly and as promised. Would hire again and recommend to others.

  Our inspector, Gary was great! He arrived on time and was very communicative, explaining exactly what the entire process would look like. He was very thorough, and after the inspection he reviewed the most concerning items with us. He encouraged us to reach out to him with any questions and we had the report in our email a couple of hours later. Gary made this experience easy from start to finish! We’d highly recommend him and Alpha inspections!

  When you are buying a new home, you greatly depend on the experience and attention to detail a good home inspector should have. My inspector, Gary, was very thorough in his inspection of my prospective property. He pointed out any concerns he had and immediately offered suggestions on how to offset those issues.   We had an amazing experience with Alpha Building Inspections, and especially with Jim! Jim walked us through every single step of the inspection, explaining what he was looking at, why it mattered, and answering every question we had along the way. We never felt rushed, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything. He was exceptionally thorough and spent the time and effort to inspect every last nook and cranny of our nearly 2,800-square-foot home. His attention to detail and professionalism gave us a tremendous amount of confidence in the inspection process.
