  Tom did our inspection for us at our new home. Short version, absolutely hire them. Long version: Tom (& the man with him, I forget his name I apologize) were wonderful. They were friendly and personable from the moment I exited my car. I am not familiar with the inspection process, and they took the time to explain it ALL to me. They were reassuring but up front about what might be an issue, or what they were looking for. Throughout their inspection, they participated in conversation, explanation and were in such great moods. Their report was wildly thorough but they made sure to point out if anything was an immediate fix or could be done at a slower pace. I would absolutely recommend Alpha Home Inspections to anyone and if we ever buy another home (let’s be honest, not anytime soon in this market), I would not hesitate to reach out to them again.

  My husband and I are buying our first home and had Franco as our inspector. He was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He really cares about his job and even though there were a ton of things that were pointed out during inspection he made sure we were not overwhelmed. He spent a few hours at the home and made sure he sent the inspection over that night and into the next day. If you are looking for a reputable company to do your inspection they are the ones for you! The price was also very fair for everything that was inspected. Thank you Franco for your hard work!

  We recently hired Alpha Inspection Services to inspect our new home, and we had an excellent experience. Jim did an amazing job! He was thorough, professional, and had our inspection results ready within just 2 hours. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how he took the time to walk us through every step of the inspection process, explain everything clearly, and give us helpful advice on maintaining and fixing things around the house.   I recently had Franco perform a home inspection for us, and he was outstanding! From start to finish, he was incredibly methodical, thorough, and detail-oriented. He left no stone unturned and provided a comprehensive evaluation of the property. What really stood out was how personable and communicative Franco was. He took the time to explain all the little nuances of the inspection as we went through the house, pointing out important details I would have otherwise missed. We had great conversations throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience actually enjoyable.   My partner and I recently went under contract on a house. As first time homebuyers, the process has been overwhelming. Tom and his team made the home inspection process so easy, quick, comfortable, and informative. They scheduled our septic system inspection for us, were on time to the inspection, friendly, took time to discuss issues with us and answer our questions, AND were able to get the report back to us by that night. I honestly don’t know how they did it with all the detailed information they provided. Thank you so much Tom and Team! We would definitely use again if needed in the future.
