  Jared completed our home inspection on a house we’re buying. He was very thorough, talked us through the process, answered all of our questions. He took pictures as he went and gave us updates after each section. We have a friend who also had Jared for their inspection and they spoke very highly of him as well. Assuming all of the inspectors are as great as Jared was, I highly recommend Alpha building inspectors.

  Franco DiRienzo of Alpha Home Inspections is a consummate professional. I've used Franco and Alpha on two of my top luxury sales, both of which were complex properties, and he did an outstanding job. He is thorough without being scare-tactic driven, which I really appreciate. He's reasonable, responsive, a great communicator, and always provides detailed, thorough reports.   Steve Mangekian from Alpha Home Inspections did our home inspection at our new property and it was a pleasure working with him.   Ken was excellent! Very thorough and helpful. Left no stone unturned and made sure to debrief us once the inspection was completed. Made the inspection report easy to read and was kind enough to educate us on the things he was seeing with the home. Quick turnover for the report as well, got it that night after a morning inspection. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good honest person to check out their home to ensure peace of mind before purchase

  We're moving from MA to Nashua NH and just had Alpha Bldg Insp perform a single family home inspection for us. Tom /owner and Gary performed the inspection including the add on for the radon system numbers and making sure it is working properly. We couldn't ask for a better company and team to do this for us. We learned so much from them and brought so much to our attention informational as well as items to address. They took their time not only for the inspection (extremely thorough) but also to explain to my wife and I the highlights of what needs to be addressed. The full detail is in a 40-50 page report with pictures, etc. The pictures are so helpful to use when coordinating an HVAC, electrical or other contractor we may hire to remedy any of the items we decided to pursue. Thank you again Tom and Gary!
