I called to have it repaired and a team showed up the next day and quick, as a leg shake, they replaced the spring, lubed the door tracks and rollers. They made sure everything was good to go and reported their progress and left. Everything about the experience was SMOOTH!

He replaced the bottom weatherstripping on both doors, lubricated the rollers and tracks, adjusted the chain drives and was able to diagnose and repair the problem I was having with one of the drive motors.
