  Ron and Steve did an outstanding job installing the S150XP system and, along the way, corrected several issues near the water tank that the previous plumber had not addressed properly. They were exceptionally courteous and professional, and they left the area spotless before departing. They also took the time to clearly explain how the system works and the simple ongoing maintenance we need to do (check the salt level and replace the filter). I would highly recommend Secondwind water systems and Ron and Steve to anyone looking for a top-quality installation and a team that takes pride in their work. Thanks Paul and Lynne Ouellette

  Greg was not only entertaining… he got the job done too! He answered all of our questions and was patient enough to walk me through the process as I wrote the instructions down for changing the filter. A very good representative for Second Wind.

  Zach J & Ron were very prompt, polite, and professional and made sure that the tank being installed was in a good location. They explained everything we needed to know to maintain the system.
