- KTKelsey Theriault2 days ago1.0We nave had a terrible experience with Higher Ground. After getting our furnace replaced and central air installed, the compressor went within a year. It took over 6 months to get the compressor repaired and the company was waiting on a part multiple months/rescheduled appointments in a row. We spent thousands of dollars and we had to fight to finally be scheduled and have the compressor repaired. We initially went with Sanford because of a reasonable price and great reviews. Our experience has been horrendous with the follow-up. We have had a furnace check up scheduled for months and day of we receive a text letting us know of the cancellation. We have moved our work obligations around to accommodate appointments that end up being cancelled the same day. Numerous times they schedule an appointment and they cancel the day of- they are unreliable and not worth your time or money. The reason they have so many 5 star reviews is after each service they send a text asking for one and if you don’t do it they ask again. After them missing 4+ scheduled appointments, it’s unacceptable and unprofessional.
