  Arta did a great job of installing a sump pump to help with the very wet 2025 spring. It was installed in a timely and professional manner and they are simply great to deal with - from proposal to any questions you might have after the work.

  These guys are the real deal! My house/foundation had sunk about 4” to one side and put a massive slope in my floors and a giant crack in the foundation. Got prices from a few different companies but arta was by far the best and worked with my other contractors during my project. Stavros was here through the whole job and didn’t just sell a job then take off. Not only did they fix my house and foundation but also were able to show me why it happened. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire these guys again.

  Great experience; good communication during first visit, evaluation, estimate, emails, project completion, clean up and follow through. The work took care of all the issues. We have a dry basement after 10 years. Thank you.
