  While demoing an old concrete patio with an excavator, we accidentally damaged our foundation. Stavros came out and provided an estimate the same day I called. He and his team came out later that same week to complete the repairs. Highly recommend.

  Communication is my biggest pain point in dealing with service providers and Stavros, Athena and the rest of the Arta team deliver!! Stavros was personally involved in our project and the work was done very well and the site was left very clean upon their departure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arta to anyone. I've worked with other foundation repair experts in the area and Arta is the only one I'd call.

  Arta did a great job of installing a sump pump to help with the very wet 2025 spring. It was installed in a timely and professional manner and they are simply great to deal with - from proposal to any questions you might have after the work.

  Arta Foundation Repairs was mobbed with calls after a recent storm which caused a lot of flooding in the area (3.5" of rain in a day will do that). Stavros from Arta still took the time to return my call even on the busiest day, and within days he and his crew arrived to install a sump pump to keep our house safe. We were kept informed at every step and the quality of the work was perfect. After a quick skim online and on social media they are probably the highest-rated foundation company in the area, and are known for both high-quality work and fair pricing. That has certainly been our experience.
