  Excellent customer service. James was terrific. Ordered a Bosch DW. Arrived on time. Everyone was punctual and communication was great throughout. Price was competitive . So much nicer than a big box store. I highly recommend without reservation!

  We offer the highest praise for Appliance Specialist James Wimberg at Cabinet en-Counter who assisted us in the purchase of a Sub Zero PRO Refrigerator/Freezer with Glass Door. James was the consummate professional - from guiding selection, to helping us secure a lower price with an early buy, with warehouse storage until our kitchen project had sufficiently advanced, and scheduling of delivery and installation. He followed up to be sure we were satisfied with the service and unit - which we most certainly were! Next, we are in the market for a dishwasher. It was an easy choice to head back to James who has already provided a comparison chart between machines that will be workhorses that fit into our kitchen aesthetic. We are so lucky to be within the service area of James Wimberg / Cabinet en-Counter - we could hope for none better!

  I'm writing this for a friend Todd Bean. I purchased a refrigerator from Cabinet en-Counters last month. It was supposed to be delivered on a certain date and time. They never showed or had the decency to call and notify me. They just didn’t show! The second time they were to deliver. They postponed and rescheduled. The third time of delivery was a success after a 10 day delay! I was offered an apology but no compensation. My suggestion is don't depend on a punctual delivery!

  We recently purchased a new refrigerator through Cabinet en-Counter, and the entire experience was outstanding. James and his team made the process simple, and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the order process, and the team was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Once the refrigerator arrived, James and his team handled the delivery and installation, which was incredibly helpful. They paid close attention to detail, ensured everything was installed properly, and removed our old unit at a very reasonable price. If you're looking to purchase new appliances for your home, I highly recommend Cabinet en-Counter!

  We had a positive experience with Francis et al. Our project involved removal of a Wolf commercial gas range (six burners, griddle, two ovens) and replacement with a dual fuel BlueStar range with similar components, all within the confines of the small spaces of a 200 year old farmhouse. Francis organized a mover (All-Ways Moving), an electrician (Grey Electric), and an expert in gas appliance installation (Upper Valley Appliance Services). Everyone arrived when scheduled throughout the day. The entire process went smoothly and without any negative incidents. I have nothing but positive things to say about my interaction with Cabinet en-Counter.
