  We had a positive experience with Francis et al. Our project involved removal of a Wolf commercial gas range (six burners, griddle, two ovens) and replacement with a dual fuel BlueStar range with similar components, all within the confines of the small spaces of a 200 year old farmhouse. Francis organized a mover (All-Ways Moving), an electrician (Grey Electric), and an expert in gas appliance installation (Upper Valley Appliance Services). Everyone arrived when scheduled throughout the day. The entire process went smoothly and without any negative incidents. I have nothing but positive things to say about my interaction with Cabinet en-Counter.

  We're having our forever home built and we decided on Bosch appliances and a wolf rangetop. Cabinet en counter sells both. Their location relative to our project is ideal as well. I sent a PDF of everything I wanted last November to try to capture Black Friday pricing with a request for a quote. Salesman James treated me like he could not care less to the point I thought I would miss Black Friday deals so I purchased all the Bosch appliances elsewhere. I still want the wolf rangetop so i went back to James because Hanover is convenient. He did the same thing. When I reply to an email that I am ready to buy, go ahead and send me the payment link I expect the link on the same day. Three days later and no link. I'm going to make the drive to Portsmouth to purchase from Donna who is quite eager to earn my business. I suppose if you have all the time in the world and want to make it a project complete with design services Cabinet en-Counter might be a good fit for you, but if all you want to do is order appliances I think you'll be very frustrated as I was. I see they do countertops too. You'd think a salesman that receives a request for a full house of appliances might ask about the project, but to do that they'd need to care. My contractor likes Shaker Hill Granite.

  Great advice on Speedqueen from Zach and Jimmy! When we picked up our W&Dryer from the warehouse, we had a great informative chat with them again. Thanks to the entire team. We highly recommend Cabinet en-counter.
