I was dealing with an ongoing issue with one of the cables on my garage door repeatedly fraying. I have a interesting rear torsion garage door setup, which I learned can be prone to this type of problem. Keene Door initially came out and replaced the cable, but within a couple of months it started fraying again. They quickly came back, replaced it again at no charge, and continued to stand behind their work when the issue returned. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just keep replacing the cable and move on. They brought additional team members out to inspect the entire setup, troubleshoot the problem, and figure out what was actually causing it. Ultimately, the Keene Door team identified a unique type of cable that was better suited for this particular door configuration, with the braiding oriented differently to address the issue. It has now been about three months, and I haven’t had any problems since. Throughout the entire process, everyone I dealt with was responsive, polite, professional, and relentless about getting the issue resolved.
