When Marc arrived he was pleasant and took the time to verify what I had discussed with Hannah, who had filled him in on what I needed. I was unable to program the remote I had purchased from Hannah and the remote in my car. Marc was able to program them both and he was very happy to do so. Marc was able to update me on the condition of the garage door after he serviced it. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Keene door as they are very easy to deal with and they went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks Hannah and Marc.
