  Chamberlain Electric helped us install a generator in our home through Home Depot due to health reasons. The installation was done professionally, effectively, with clear and helpful communication, at a reasonable price, and without any problems. We already had to use our generator once during a several hour-long outage, and we're extremely thankful for it. Big shout out to Drew and Jeremy who helped us with the installation specifically.

  I’m happy to have my backup generator installed and running however from the very beginning in October of 2025 it seemed odd from the very beginning. The contract was signed off on November 13 and was supposed to be installed before the end of December. Due to weather conditions and the fact that the company doesn’t seem to have 4wheel drive vehicles numerous cancellations and postponements as well as employees calling in sick I kept my cool through it all. Andrea was the best. She couldn’t believe l never got upset or angry at every obstacle that seemed to come up. The clean up was atrocious. I cleaned up myself. And the project was finished with the final inspection on May 15, 2026. Seventeen months later. I can’t say that I could recommend this company although the work once completed was all done properly but the time it took to complete was totally unacceptable.

  Before we got our generator and electrical work done, I read many good reviews about the business. Unfortunately, we were very upset with the way the office and the business was run. There were so many complications and frustrations working with the people in the office. When I spoke to the owner about it, he was shocked that those things were happening. He clearly did not know how his business was run. They were cancellations and re-bookings. We had to wait a little over three months to get our generator installed. And then more complications. The salesman of the company was not truthful about everything. The only positive of the situation was that the electricians were extremely proficient and did a great job. I would highly not recommend them. I hope the owner has figured out all the flaws so that no one else will be as frustrated as we were from this experience.

  The electrician show up on time, was done the job quickly and efficiently. We had a new 50A breaker installed and ran new electrical to a heat pump being installed.
