  This company has become too corporate and sales driven. I had previously had three teli-jacks installed in 2025. The guys did a professional job smooth finish even in areas with uneven floor cleaned up like they were never there. Forked up the savings to get an additional two installed recently. Well the professionalism and clean up went right out the door now. Came home all excited to see the finished product when pulling in the driveway saw concrete debris and the end of my driveway damaged. The quality of work was terrible from concrete aggregate and rough finish. The jack was moved from where the temp was originally installed where it was my main concern. I called the sales guy to show him and expect him to do the right thing. He showed up asking if I had a broom to clean there mess and a tamper to fix there damage. That was pretty much the most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced. I hope this shows you what type of people they are. I will say there was a guy at the end third visit to try to make things right by adding brackets for the moved jack and $100 off for the driveway damage. Which wasn’t a $100 driveway repair but just gave up with the ridiculous sales driven company. Just be aware

  The Groundworks Service Rep (Michael P), was very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced in all GWs related products and services. He definitely took care of my ever aspect of my existing Sump Pump servicing and went above and beyond in helping to answer all my questions. I'm very happy with his service today and provided consultations for other GWs projects I'm considering. James Michaud

  Job is incomplete. The electricain tried to make my wife sign a wavier to cut corners on electrical. Did not have permits at all. And I was told that permits had to be pulled before any work could be started. Then my electrical panel was taken from my home. It cost 300.00. I have sheet rock that has been left open. The door to crawl space falls off. Rain has gotten in once. We have to keep it blocked by something. Found a plumbing leak that wasn't there before. Ask project manager about fixing the issues and not 1 person has shown up or called for the issue. But they have called and emailed for money. They are scamming. If anyone does work with them get a attorney. They will scam you out of money time and thing ar your home. Please be cautious.

  Our technician Michael, was so professional and helpful. He explained everything that was needed, gave us options and listened to all of our questions. His work was amazing, he didn’t even leave a speck of dust when he was done cleaning up. I was impressed by his enthusiasm for his work and the way he spoke about the company. We feel like we made the best choice with Groundwork’s. He is a star ⭐️ in our book!!

  I have several people I would like to commend. Sales rep Joe Roemer was superb - 5 star. He spent 2.5 hours with me, answered every question, showed videos and explained every step of the process. Groundworks was not going to cut corners and I was confident the work would be done to code and the warranty is the life of the house. These three things are extremely important for peace of mind. Crew supervisor Doug Wood should be given 10-stars but I’m limited to 5. He went above and beyond in making sure I understood the process as they installed the system designed for my home. The other crew members were Dave, Loch, Ryan and Ryan. They all worked extremely hard and also deserve 5 stars. No issues with any of the crew. Graham, the service teck that came to fix the pump was excellent 5-star. Like Joe and Doug he explained what was wrong and corrected it. Now for the bumps in the road. Customer Service. The system worked great the 1st day. Day 2 there was a problem and I called Customer Service. In fairness to them, the problem seemed to go away on it’s on and I called back in the afternoon to cancel the reported problem. 2 days later the problem was back and I called Customer Service for the 2nd time and again a week later for 3rd time. Between the calls I unplugged pump A as steam was coming out of the vent and the discharge tube was hot. All 3 times I called customer service it sounded as though they were reading from a script as they all said the exact same thing. I was to wait for a call that never came. The 4th call, I was beyond frustrated and voiced my concerns. I spoke with Zaniah and was shocked when she informed me she could schedule an appointment for a service teck. When asked why the customer service reps on the other 3 calls never offered to schedule an appointment, she could not answer that question and was surprised they didn’t give me an appointment. If not for Zaniah I would have rated Customer Service - 0, Zaniah is 5-star. She did her job. I’m wondering if part of the problem with Customer Service was that calls 1-3 were the national 800-number. On call 4, I called the Groundworks Manchester NH number.
