As usual the service by Al Terry's team was professional, courteous and expertly done. They installed a new heating register for us and the difference it has made already is amazing. Special recommendation and thanks to the pair of technicians we had --Alex and Jayden. They were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions, even those not related to the installation. A great NH company!

Had heard of Al Terry via neighbors. Had a big job to replace a 100 year old septic pipe. The guys were great 👍. Very professional and clean. Didn't leave us hanging at the end of the days. Would use them again and reference them! Thanks team Terry!

I contacted Al Terry Plumbing to ask about replacing a cast iron pipe, after another local plumbing company was not able to assist me. I met with Randy, who inspected the plumbing in my home and pointed out some additional problems, i.e.: copper piping erosion. This was an extensive job (5 ½ days) involving 2 bathrooms, accessing plumbing by cutting through a closet wall and removing part of the downstairs bathroom ceiling. Evan and Josh were the plumbers and they were top notch. They were very accommodating, keeping me up to date on when the water would be shut off and advised me what was working at the end of each day when they left. For the size of this job (replumbing my whole house except for the water heater and furnace), we had minimal disruptions during the day as they worked both up and downstairs. Evan was great – he was able to remove part of the downstairs bathroom ceiling and replace it when the job was done. Looks like nothing was ever disturbed. Randy assured me they work with a drywall company that would be out as soon as the job was completed to repair the closet wall. The drywall was repaired the day after the plumbing was completed and it looks as good as before they had to open it up. I am extremely satisfied with everything they did. I am also satisfied with the cost of such a large project. I would not hesitate to recommend Al Terry Plumbing, and will use them for any future needs. Thanks Evan, Josh and Randy – you guys were great, friendly, accommodating and gave me peace of mind. And yes, I am not going down the other end of the cellar anymore, wondering what I would find because those pipes were causing me so much worry. Judy L

They serviced a clogged toilet, while doing so they failed to inform me that I did not have a flange adjustment needed to reach the pipes properly, and prevent leaking into the floor after he could not get the toilet seated the way it was previously. Instead they installed a neoprene donut which is essentially a sponge and used green masking tape to seal it down to my cast iron pipe and my hardwood floors!!! That donut absorbed fecal water and distributed it into all of the subfloor of the second story bathroom. This slow leak began to present itself about a year later, when I informed the office they claimed that nothing that they would have done would have caused a leak, and claimed to have replaced the wax seal after unclogging the toilet. After weeks of leaving voicemails for the manager and her arguing with me, we were then going to have to wait weeks for them to come and inspect it, so we went with another company. When they removed the toilet I documented via video that the wax seal was clearly several years old and not recently replaced, a sponge ring and masking tape was used in place of extending the pipe to fill this new gap to meet the bowl after cutting away the connection, and that the moisture in my floor was directly tied to its contact with that neoprene donut after the tape broke down! I have contacted several lawyers and cannot sue them until I have had the floor replaced and collect a total value of the repairs!!! So far just to fix the toilet leak, get an actual wax seal, and correct that gap has been about $1,500 and I still have to get the floor torn up and my cast iron flange assessed for rust. Also while installing my mini splits they drilled through walls without measuring and went through the outside shutters and did not seal the holes. Management brought a office lady out to try and upsell us on cutting through the roofs to have continuous piping rather than using the cheaper flex pipe around edges, while doing so she kept trying to separate my spouse and was making him uncomfortable with how much she was physically touching him, as well as pissed him off with her condescension towards me about our decision that was best for our house and our family.

Had the pleasure of being serviced by Al Terry Plumbing, once for routine maintenance and the second was an emergency. Both technicians who came out (Braden and Casey) were beyond friendly, knowledgeable and courteous of my home. We were more than satisfied with the level of service start to finish and will be calling again soon for our next plumbing project.
