  The initial water testing w Alex went well. The company is very professional in how they communicate w clients. Pretty straightforward and we will be getting a filter.

  We have been using them for 4 years now, with the same tech coming out each time. Our tech is always on time, honest, knowledgeable, efficient and never pushy. Communication is great, they constantly text you updates regarding your appointment. Highly recommend!

  Excellent overall experience, would highly recommend. Alex did a great job with our radon water mitigation system and softener. The technicians were better compared to competitors in terms of the system they designed. Very happy with the quality of the materials and the team was very responsive for two follow up visits. Overall super happy with this company and strongly recommend.

  From the initial call at 8pm to Jacob who was the responding on call person that gave me an in depth quote, to Nick who showed up bright and early the next morning ready to work, you guys made the bad situation much more comfortable. I learned a lot about well systems in a short period of time. Nick was very comfortable with all my hovering and questions. It was better than watching tv, but much more expensive. I truly appreciate your team. I even called Jacob with questions that night and he treated them like they were the first questions. Not like places that won’t be bothered after the job. Very rare to find this quality of service today. Thanks so much Capital Well team!

  Thought my issue was with my softener system, called softener company..they were coming Tuesday. Then no water, company indicated they couldn't help without water. Suggested I call Capitol Well, they were so gracious, came that day...unbelievable ! Indicated I need a new pump for my well, then installed it ..that day! I can't say enough about Capitol..extremely knowledgeable and really funny. Thank you for everything ❤️
