  Shane was Is out to conduct our annual maintenance checks. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our specific well system. He is able to point out our strengths and weaknesses, and was very honest in up front of us about everything he was doing. He did a great job!

  Capital well technicians are very competent and friendly, no issues during service calls. But the equipment doesn't indicate when there's an issue and customer service doesn't do courtesy remainders for annual service.

  Nick from Capital Well was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done the right way instead of just rushing through the job. It’s hard to find contractors these days that genuinely care about the quality of their work and the customer experience, but Nick absolutely does. He went above and beyond during the service visit and I truly appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help. I would highly recommend Capital Well to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Thank You!

  We received a estimate,our Capital Well representative,was a great person, polite and informative of our options to correct our water issue. He tested on site at our house. We will be going forward with them for our first needs.

  Our local Garden Club partnered with the Capital Well Irrigation to install an irrigation system and drip line in our town center to improve the appearance of our public gardens. We started this work with Greg and Rob to discuss our goals for the space. Right away, they got to work on a map including drone photos and a quote allowing us to fully understand the mapped plan and proposal (they sent this the same day we met with them about the project). Greg answered a long list of questions for us to help everyone feel comfortable with the proposal and plan which was very helpful getting this over the finish line. The installation was completed with great care and attention to detail. What stood out just as much as the finished system was how respectfully the team treated the space. When the work was complete, the site was left so clean and tidy that you would hardly know they had been there. Thank you to Jordan, Connor, and Isaac for making this happen. The theme of responsiveness and accountability was present throughout our work with Capital Well. From scheduling to texts about arrival - we were never left wondering where they are or when they will be there (thank you, Tiera!). The team at Capital Well were extreme professionals from start to finish. Our new irrigation system will make a meaningful difference in maintaining the health and appearance of our public gardens, and we are truly grateful for the expertise and professionalism Capital Well Irrigation brought to this project. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality irrigation work.
