  The shed is fantastic high quality and attractive. The team was great in designing the shed i wanted . I made several changes to get the perfect shed for my yard. The team checks with the town to make sure they were compliant with local zoning. They even picked out the color for me. The installers were top of the line professional. They were considerat of our yard and our neighbors. No music no yelling no breaks these guys were all business. They didnt rush the project even when it got into the late afternoon. They were skilled carpenters, roofers and painters. I live on a busy corner with a lot of foot traffic and people comment on how great it looks. Thank you Tuff Shed crew for a great shed. Arthur

  The guys worked their asses off in this heat awesome guys!!!!!!! And the shed is rugged as hell!! EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY SHED AND SEVICE!!! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!!

  Alex, Juan and Renane were amazing. The shed came earlier than expected and they worked in a steady rain and got the job done. Rick in Maine did a great job from start to finish and made buying the shed very easy. He even took the time to look up the address and matched the shed to the house 🏠. Thank you all.

  Tuff Shed came out yesterday and installed our much needed shed! The process right from the beginning at the RI Home Show was flawless. The techs Rodrigo and Isaac were fantastic. They were on time, and got it done in no time, these guys know what they were doing, it was very impressive to watch. The shed itself is great quality, right down to the lock on the door! We are very happy with our decision and would recommend Tuff Shed to anyone who needs a shed! Great job Tuff Shed!!

  I have owned 2 small businesses, 1 for over 22 years. We treat our customer very well and I take pride in how we genuinely care about them and the services that we provide them. I got humbled yesterday! I own a TuffShed and it is placed on a seasonal campsite where we park our motorhome in the summer. We spend the winters in Florida and have just returned up north and began setting up our campsite.I hooked up our water line and we had a major leak that needed immediate fixing. That’s when we realized that we had left our shed key, which houses all my tools, in Florida. We went to TuffShed in DERRY, NH just about closing time and asked about purchasing a replacement key. Scott, the production manager immediately started searching for a replacement for my older shed key. Next thing we know there are 4 people searching for this older version key. After the Tuffshed team search for 15-20 minutes Scott apologized that they couldn’t find my specific key in spite of the fact they had every other key in that series.He indicated that he would keep looking. At about 7:00pm he called my cell phone to tell me that he wasn’t able to find that specific series and asked if he could come by today to see what he could do to help me. Scott called and let me know he would be here today about 3:00pm He and another employee showed up, removed the entire door from the hinge side, removed and replaced the old handle and lock set with a brand new (and improved model) Reattached the door to the shed and handed us the new keys for the brand new lock. The charge for all of this?? Zero! That’s right….$0.00! In my 67 years I have never experienced the kind of care and customer service that received yesterday from Scott and his team. Bottom Line… The Tuffshed is a very high quality shed and it is supported by a super high quality team who cares deeply about their customers and goes the extra mile. If you are looking for a shed I would strongly recommend TuffShed and the DERRY, NH team. Now I have to up our companies game to match the service I experience from Scott and his crew!
