We had no heat, Adam showed up and in less than an hour problem found and fixed. Great communication, friendly service, very reasonable price and on short notice.

Tyler has been maintaining my plumbing and heating for several years. He does a thorough job and explains what he is doing in an easily understandable way. Also, he gives good advice on problems he finds that cannot be immediately fixed. On routine maintenance I noticed he checks things that other companies I have used in the past never did.

Professional, polite and very helpful with the install. Pipes needed to be moved to fit the new vanity and then the drawers didn’t open so Duvall offered a solution and I would not have been able to do it myself. Plus it needed to be completed in a 3 hour window the water was turned off for the building and it took that long to set it. Appreciate his and Kim’s knowledge and would definitely use them again. Thank you

Had placed a call in at the end of the day on Wednesday and was connected with Adam on Thursday as he was on his way out. I explained to him that I needed a specific part and he explained that he likely didn't have it in stock and suggested I order it on my own and reach back out once I had it so I would not get charged with a service call. Adam proactively reached back out to me today t(Friday) o see if teh part was in. I told him I was going to attempt the install myself (wires only). Received the part today and installed it but it returned an error message. Reached out to Adam again who walked my through the solution over the phone and it worked. Incredibly grateful to Adam and the Benedicts for enabling their team to deliver this level of service. Thank you!
