  OMG. It's SO much better dealing with local people who really care! I contacted one of the "big" home service companies and the guy reminded me of a cheap used car salesman - all they wanted to do was sell me a package deal and get me off the phone! Dave took the time to explain to me what the issue was with my low water pressure and then gave me options on how to fix it. Then Tyler came out and did the job. He was courteous, prompt and he obviously took a lot of pride in his work. That's the way it should be!!! TY!

  Water heater issues were reported by my tenants. I contacted Derry Plumbing and Heating, and literally within 1 hour Christian was at the site to repair. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and had everything needed to perform the fix. Cannot thank him enough for his work - professional, clean, and educated me at every step of the way. I will definitely call the company again if needed. Glad to know they are there.

  Adam provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He came out after hours to look at an issue with our air conditioning, even though he didn't have to. He also took the time to help me with the financing process and made everything easy to understand. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us. We've always had a great experience with Derry Plumbing & Heating. They always respond quickly, come out fast, and get problems fixed. Adam went above and beyond, and I highly recommend both him and the company to anyone looking for reliable service.

  we are trying to open up a restaurant and two Plumbers failed by us. We called for a reference everybody on my Facebook page mentioned Derry Plumbing and Heating. They came and solved our problem in the same day we’re so happy and they were professional, quick and reasonable in pricing Shawn and Chris were professional and got the job done ! Thank you

  Great experience. Well water tank punctured and water was going all over our basement. Called after hours line and they help stop water over the phone without an emergency after hours call, and the said they would call at 7:30am to get everything figured out and scheduled. Called exactly at 7:30 said they would have someone there by 11:30 AM and call a little while later and said they could have someone there by nine and they did took care of everything and water was back up and running they were outstanding. Eric cam switched out our old tank (over 30 years old) gave options and help decided what was best for us. Great service.
