  The Floor Works saved my kitchen project—and my sanity! After a string of mistakes and delays from another company, I brought Floor Works in halfway through. They jumped right in without hesitation. Sheena, Derek, and Gary were so knowledgeable, always upbeat, patient, and helped fix a few of the issues left behind. They helped me choose materials, explained everything clearly, and let me take home tons of sample boards to find the perfect fit. I had no idea they also did installations—if I had, I would’ve started with them from day one! The final result is stunning, and I’m beyond grateful. Thank you, Floor Works!

  My laminate floor installation required the installer to level the concrete before installing the laminate. When they came out to quote the job, the manager was aware that leveling the floor was required; obviously not the first time Floorworks had to level a floor The installer did a very poor job leveling the floor and the floor still has several soft spots, even after the installer came back several times! Each time he came back he had to take up large sections of the flooring to re-level. And, he knew it wasn't level and just ignored that fact and installed the floor anyway. He ended up having to come back three times, rather than doing it right the first time! The manager even came out and saw the issues and the outcome didn't change. According to my contractor (who's outstanding and a stickler for perfection), the main issue was that when the installer was applying the leveling compound he used a too small of a tool to spread the compound (same size as a laminate piece). My contractor suggested to the installer that he use 2X the size leveler and the installer just ignored him. Overall, the installer did 'D'-grade work. Personally, I just gave up, determining that the installer was incompetent. I'd never use these guys and recommend that people who need a new floor look elsewhere.

  We are very pleased with the way our floors turned out. They look fabulous! The installer, Larry, did an awesome job. Everything looks great. The gentleman was very nice, professional, and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. We recommend his work & Floorworks to everyone who sees our floors.

  . The lady who works the store front very helpful and does know what she is doing picked out grout for us and it was better then what we would pick. if you are just buying supply's you will not have a problem. They do an awesome job on linoleum floors kid working for them from the south is very professional always called me sir and did quick professional work we had him do our kitchen floor so happy with it we had them also do one of the bathrooms
