  When the hot weather arrived, an issue with our whole house fan also arrived. Joe quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it . His knowledge and experience certainly gave us peace of mind to operate the fan safely. Thank you for your prompt and expert service!

  I got the name of JN Electric through Generac. My electrician’s company was recently gobbled up by a large company. I found that I was spoiled over the years by a smaller more attentive electrician and support staff and was the beneficiary of prices and service offerings that were not structured to feed overhead, advertising/growth. Like my previous long term electrician, JN is terrific. They are a smaller company that have employees that aim to please from top to bottom. They have a lot of energy but more importantly a lot of SKILL. They helped me determine what electrical in our house needed to be fixed/updated, and they offered creative solutions for responding to my needs. Joe (owner), Connor and Alex were terrific. They got everything I needed done and at a fair price. They deliver service with enthusiasm because the business is theirs…I intend to add my name to their fleet team to have JN maintain my generator going forward.

  Excellent service, always able to ask questions about our generator installation. Helped with all aspects of the project. Even went out of their way to fix an unrelated issue they saw from a previous duct work project not by them, and sealed the leak. Highly recommend.

  You know what is lacking today in this world..... good quality service, friendliness, and a work ethic. WELL SAY NO MORE.... '"J N ELECTRIC'" Company... * THEY JUST SERVICED MY GENERAC GENERATOR. AND THEY DESERVE THE BIGGEST KUDOS AND CONGRATULATIONS THAT I EVER WANTED TO BESTOW UPON A COMPANY. * FIRST OFF, I DEALT WITH MIKE OVER THE PHONE. HE WAS THE FRIENDLIEST FRONTLINE DESK PERSON I EVER SPOKE WITH. HE KNEW HIS BUSINESS AND WAS WELL VERSED ON HIS SERVICES AND ABILITIES. HE WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, UNDERSTANDING AND ACTUALLY WHEN HE SAID HE'D GET BACK TO ME.. GUESS WHAT ? 🤔. HE ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK. WE SET UP A TIME FOR SERVICE AND THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ACTUALLY GOT THERE AN HOUR EARLY. THE SERVICE MAN'S NAME WAS ALEX. ALEX WAS A YOUNG MAN, WHO KNEW HIS PRODUCT WELL. HE HAD IT FIXED BEFORE I ENDED UP GETTING MY SHOES TIED ON. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT PART NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND WHAT WAS DONE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME A LOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT ITSELF i.e. : A GENERAC GENERATOR ! ALEX WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND SUPER FRIENDLY... AND HE SMILED THE WHOLE TIME .... WITH THE TRUE SINCERE SMILE. NOT A FAKE or PHONY ' let me just get through with this' type of smile... 😁 * 'J N ELECTRIC' , HAD PRICES THAT WERE WAY MORE THAN REASONABLE. THEY ARE LOCAL TO THE AREA. SERVICING DERRY AND THE SURROUNDINGS AREAS. AND THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT HAS A WORK ETHIC AND VALUES. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY...... I WILL USE THEM AGAIN, I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS, AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY. ! HOW MUCH BETTER COULD THIS EXPERIENCE HAVE GOTTEN. 🤔 IT WAS UNBEATABLE....
