  My experiences with Skilling & Sons has been wonderful. They show up on time or earlier, and do their work. They recently replaced my old holding tank. The people I worked with were very personable, and courteous and thorough. All of which I appreciated. Very skilled and easy to work with.

  Skillings and Son were excellent. The technician accessed the situation, gave me information and made sure I understood it. He did not perform un-necessary work, or push products and material I didn’t not need. I really appreciate the way he treated our situation?

  I called Jay at Skillings and Sons at 6:45am this morning to request well pump services. I am very happy to report that by 3:30pm I have a new well pump, electrical wiring, expansion tank, and running water the very same day. Nick and Jake were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the entire process after accessing the problem; no water flow at all in the house. Nick gave me options as we discussed cost and assured me the job would be done within 4 hours. Nick and Jake even took the time to clean all the debris from my yard. I had done extensive research on local well companies and I am extremely happy with the service and quality of work by the Skillings and Sons team of Jay, Nick and Jake.   I had a major well issue and needed the well pump, motor, and water tank replaced. It was definitely an unexpected and very expensive repair, but after seeing the amount of work involved, I understand why. They had to bring in a heavy-duty truck with a crane to pull and replace the well pump and motor, and the whole job took close to 5 hours. The team was excellent from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and were very considerate while working around my home. I had to move some things around and one of the guys even helped me out, which I really appreciated. What also stood out was their honesty and willingness to help. They were originally supposed to charge me for the previous day’s diagnostic service call when my water stopped running completely, but they actually called their manager and were able to waive that charge for me. I’m also getting a 5-year warranty on the pump and motor and a 7-year warranty on the tank, which gives me peace of mind. These guys may look young, but don’t let that fool you — they are highly competent, professional, hardworking, and respectful. Even though this repair hurt my wallet, I’m genuinely grateful for the quality of work and the way they treated me throughout the process. Highly recommend.

  I had an overnight copper leak at the entrance to my cold water tank. Skilling were able to fix within a few hours after I called. Their staff are quick, friendly, clear speaking. Skilling also maintains my water treatment system annually. I call Skilling with high confidence. I will continue to use Skilling.
