  Mike, our water technician performed a regular service to our well and water filtration system. The communication from Mike and the Skillings team was great and I always feel confident in their ability to troubleshoot and potential problems for me. I highly recommend giving them a try.

  Mike and Jordan came to the rescue this Sunday. I have been without water pressure for a month now and they figured it out and made a huge difference. I like knowing what’s going on and Jordan was excellent at showing me guide books and allowing me to be educated with all my concerns. That extra detail allowed me to make the best decision for my home water supply that I feel very comfortable with. Thank you Jordan and Mike and Skillings.

  Skillings & Sons are an exemplary organization. From the front office to the technicians who perform the work, I've always had an excellent experience with them. Recently I had Jeff and Ernie come out to conduct well maintenance (due to some landscape irrigation issues). I thought it might be my 20 year old pumps (which can be expensive). It wasn't. Through their experience the technicians identified that it was really one control box and some overdue maintenance on my three tanks. My home was up and running without any disruption to my day.

  While the well pump and tank install went well and the service person worked hard and acted professionally, they told told me I needed a new whole house filter system because it was leaking. I went to look and found he had loosened the housing so it would leak and I simply tightened it and there was no more leak. In 24 years I never had an issue with leaking until he tried to deceive me into buying a replacement system. He probably thought this old guy will never know the difference. I tried calling his office several times over a period of time and explained what had happened but the person spoke with just kept telling me he was out sick. Why couldn't he escalate this? I can't believe an employee of a well respected company would resort to fraud, probably for some kind of bonus. I tried to forget about this the past few years but it still bothers me that he got away with this so I'm sharing my experience. I've told so many of my friends and family about this unfortunate event. Why take such a huge risk for a few bucks and hurt the good reputation of this company? Very sad.

  I work at Little Hearts Playroom in Amherst. We hosted our first big event with the event being a touch-a-truck. I contacted Skillings to see if they would be able to participate. Skillings was more than willing to come and be apart of our big day! I spoke with Chris and Alexa in organizing them to be apart of the event. They were both very communicative and so nice. They were able to provide us with not only a giant water truck, but also with duck races, coloring pages with crayons, stickers AND their mascot H2jo! I didn't expect all of that to come and was so excited when I saw their set up, it was perfect! The duck races were a HUGE hit! All the kids loved it and it was the talk of the event. Chris was there with his son and an employee from the drill side, Ryan. Chris was so knowledgeable, and was talking to so many people about the company, he was awesome! Ryan was so nice and so good with the kids, also very attentive and helped them get in and out of the truck. Chris' son was the mascot, also very nice and such a trooper! Thank you Skillings & Sons, Chris, Chris' son, Alexa and Ryan for participating and helping us make our event successful!
