  I enjoyed meeting Shawn. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. No high sales tactics which I enjoy. Ultimately we went with another company but the company and tech that came out were all professional.

  Restarted the water heater and cleaned the filter. Only took about 5 minutes. Thank you. Bob was very nice.

  Alex arrived when we were told he would be here. He was very pleasant, professional, and quickly found the problem. He presented several options for us to choose from, and we also talked about preventative maintenance. We are extremely pleased with Alex and the work he did for us.

  My last name is Bosch now. Shawn Slater was on time for our appointment regarding the new air conditioner that is pending to be installed at my home. He's very personable, friendly, loyal to BEST, and enjoys his job. He's very knowledgeable.   The cost of labor I was quoted for a simple install and replacement of my kitchen garbage disposal was $450.00 with the $90 dispatch fee included. I had the parts and there was no dispute over if the fit was right because we agreed it was. There is no justification for the exorbitant cost of labor, work on a big rig is $150 and hour. This is gouging at its finest in small town America. Who says the big city is the only place wretchedness dwells?
