  Unfortunately, not a great experience, although there was some good that came from it. The gentleman who came out was very nice and did arrive on time. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. We had a leak at the T&P valve on our water heater and hired a plumber because we thought it might be something difficult to repair. The technician told us he primarily does HVAC work and that he would attempt to fix it—not exactly what you want to hear when dealing with a water heater. Before we said yes to the job, we were quoted over $700 for the repair, with an upgraded option costing over $1,000. At those prices, we could practically replace the entire water heater. We were told they are a “premium company,” which was apparently the justification for the price. Then, after talking with us for a few minutes, the technician told us another company could likely do the job for $300–$400. He also told us we could simply go to Home Depot and purchase the part ourselves for less than $30. That’s exactly what we did. We bought the part at Home Depot and replaced it ourselves in less than 30 minutes. I understand businesses need to make money, but charging $700–$1,000+ for a repair that ultimately required a $30 part and less than 30 minutes of work feels completely unreasonable. Calling yourself a “premium company” shouldn’t be an excuse for what feels like excessive pricing. Definitely something to consider before hiring this company. Get a second opinion and get multiple quotes.

  Mike was great. Showed me things i didnt know about the central air conditioning. Informed of things we could do to help to reduce cost and help the unit not work so hard. Plus my dogs are back to having their cool environment . Mike was quick to figure the issue out. Lack of freon. Thank you,
