- KSKathleen SnoddyJun 16, 20261.0Been emailing about an estimate question and deposit and it’s silence so I went ahead and paid deposit and accept quote. Quick to set up a call instantly to do a quote but the lack of response once paid is a bit annoying and worry some on how this will play out.

I have followed up several times and they keep passing me around. Finally I spoke to my "sales" person and they promised to get it done within a week. Nothing was ever followed up on.
