    Our experience with Quality fence has been less than stellar. We had them come and put up a fence in our townhouse. They put the markers out just fine and put the post out the following week. We then had to wait a week for the fence to be put up. When the week came they got rained out, which is understandable. The following week we were told our shipment had been ruined during the process. I had to put up my temporary fence 4 times in this process. We even removed our fence beforehand for them. They came and completed our fence last week on Thursday. It took no more than a hour and a half. This weekend we checked our sprinklers and one is covered up by the fence. When talking with them our insurance for our sprinkler we paid extra for (over $100) doesn’t cover sprinklers that are covered, just broken lines. I supposedly talked to the owner today and we went back and fourth. I had even mentioned to him that the two people who were helping us before just up and left during this process. He simply said get the quote from a sprinkler company and I can’t guarantee that we will help you. We have been more than accommodating to the company. He even stated call the sprinkler company maybe they will have better customer service and move it for free. I couldn’t help but chuckle. I am leaving very frustrated! Supposedly the do more than 600 fences a year. Is that a lot or below average for a company? Very disappointing!

    We are very happy with our new wood privacy fence. Toby was knowledgeable and helped get the layout just right. Jorge and his crew were professional and efficient. Great experience overall—we’ve already recommended Quality Fence to a neighbor!

    I have a fence that was put up improperly Four years ago. I had named my fence Eileen because she took a 20° list Shortly after it was installed. I wanted to get the Worst section fixed. Quality Fence showed up quickly to do an inspection. Let me know what area needed to be repaired. They Scheduled the times that they could be here and actually showed up at the time that they had said. Really an amazing experience from beginning to end and I’m proud how strong and straight my fence is now. I’ll have to come up with a new name because Eileen doesn’t really cut it anymore.
