  This review doesn't do PWS justice. Had to rewrite this review 4 times bc there is a word limit and too much to rave ab! Absolutely love to PWS. We needed doors, windows, siding and gutters on a 26 year old house. Zane came out for a quote and walked in, out and all around the house looking for what we really needed. Turns out our soffets and facia were good, only needed gutters. Didn't try to up sell and explained why those were good and how long they should last. Answered literally over a dozen if not 2 questions on issues we were seeing, knew existed, how install outside of just new product would improve/fix what we were seeing also how the crew ensures this and handles hidden house plot twists. We went over options for everything, he came prepared! Talked us through each step, really getting into the specifics of what the final pieces would look like and how they would operate. Pricing was completely transparent! He went through the good, better, best options, what was considered standard options as well as upcharge specialty offerings in designs, features, colors, the lead time fyi, on each windows, door, siding and gutters. Straight to how he could resolve, replace and provide what we wanted/needed. Walked us through each install phases, explaining what could be found and how they're dealt with. This was just the first meeting. We chose Zane because he is honest, no pressure, explained who he is, the company history, no nonsense in this whole process. When it came time to order and sign the contract we felt completely comfortable and excited about the product and installs to come. It was fully clear what we were ordering, price, final colors, functionality and warranty for every piece. We chose everything together. Zane showed up on install days to make sure contractors were on the same page for what was needed, also pointing out special TLC areas. Trisha in the office called prior to each install, gave dates, times, if someone was needed at home for internal access and what to expect. She is extremely easy to connect with, responds so fast and takes care of everything! Contractor installers were amazing and super big shout to the window/door installers. Phil was so helpful, above and beyond service!! Even after completed install he came back for a minor issue, got here fast, explained what/why and resolved it then and there. Final walk thru buttoned everything up. Notes, photos and anything else needed Zane connected with Trisha in the walk thru. Trisha called that afternoon to update on who, when and again if someone was needed for internal access. The installs went as he said, products are what we saw in ordering and we could not be more elated with our finished house. A neighbor even came asking me to get a card for them. They loved what they were seeing that much. Product: all windows and doors insulated. double slide windows, double hung windows, steel entry door, storm door with sliding screen, siding and gutters that swing 90° for yard maintenance ease. Doors pic fyi- I told installers not to reinstall trim bc painting and easier to not put back. They offered as that's what they do, so it would have been there otherwise. Highly recommend PWS!!!
