  I’m thrilled to report that my shed has finally arrived…it’s like a magical wooden monument to poor communication. Getting it installed was a journey, involving two reschedules and a disappearing time slot that someone accidentally "deleted" into the void. Paul clearly has an incredibly busy social calendar, as my three emails and two voicemails apparently didn't make the cut. But hey, maybe he’s been out of town for the last 2-3 weeks I’ve tried to connect! The installation crew was equally ghost-like; they finished the job and vanished into thin air without a word, leaving me to discover my completed shed like an unexpected yard ornament. They were very nice, but some communication at completion would’ve been the right thing to do. Not to mention I was told they’d call 30-45 minutes before they arrive, but that didn’t happen. In the middle of making breakfast and they start knocking on our door. What is going on? Lol If you enjoy playing high-stakes hide-and-seek with your contractor and love being ghosted the moment your check clears, you’ve found your perfect match. The shed is standing, but I’m still waiting for the customer service experience to show up.

  Awesome experience dealing with Tuff-Shed. From walking in to shop/store to check out the available sheds, to the actual shed install....the process was all very courteous & professional. Thanks Tuff-Shed!!

  The installers were quick. They did a great job in the construction and clean up. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a professionally built shed.
