  similar to another review, they don’t tell you that they charge by the hour to be there, and then the tech will run up the clock by looking at a bunch of stuff that isn’t what you called them there for and chatting you up. was charged $170 when no work was done. it took him 5 minutes to tell me the problem wasn’t worth fixing but i was billed for .75hrs. they did reduce it down to $130, but it’s still a gut punch. i work hard for my money, why can’t they?

  Drew did an amazing job! He kept working until the issue was fully resolved and helped me debunk the false information another company had given me about needing an expensive repair!! I’ll call Tritz every time. Initial cost is a little higher, but the quality is more than worth it!

  Can't say anything about their service. However, one of their drivers was stupid enough to drive recklessly down i80 east bound through Omaha. Swirving through traffic and tailgating and flipping people the bird. Not bright when you are driving a rolling billboard.

  We had 2 new bathroom faucets that needed to be installed. We were charged $645 just for the installation. They do not give estimates and the plumber cannot tell you how much the job costs. You can image our shock when we got the bill for such a small job.
