I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from the Omaha branch of TKE (TK Elevator). Bailey Caldwell was the representative who signed our contract, and now that we actually need assistance with our property, getting anyone from this office to respond has been incredibly frustrating. I have been trying to reach Bailey, John and the Omaha office for the past **four days**, and despite repeated calls, I have received **no response and no return call**. I even contacted TKE’s corporate office because I could not get in touch with the Omaha branch. Corporate transferred me back to the Omaha office, and unfortunately, the same thing happened again—**no response and no follow-up**. It is extremely disappointing to have this level of communication after signing a contract with a company. If a customer cannot get a simple phone call returned when they need assistance, it raises serious concerns about what kind of support they can expect after doing business with TKE. The lack of communication and follow-through has been completely unacceptable. I expected a professional company to at least acknowledge the calls and provide an update, even if they could not resolve the issue immediately. **Based on my experience, the customer service from the Omaha branch has been extremely poor.** I sincerely hope someone from TKE takes this complaint seriously and addresses the communication issues at this office.

We had a service agreement with O'keefe and were happy with them. Tk is a global conglomerate that bought them out and took over the contract. Service is non-existant for the last year+. If you are looking for elevator services look at Schumacher Elevator instead. They are one of the only local companies left.

TK Elevator is the company looking over one of my apartment elevators and the elevator is constantly having troubles. In the several months I have lived in my apartments (which i love) the elevator has been broken for most of the time. The office staff has tried to have a conversation with the company to make sure they are repairing the elevator instead of just putting a bandage on the issue but they are incredibly hard to get ahold of. You think that if a company is responsible for keeping elevators in service that they would want to fix the problem instead of constantly coming out to "repair" it. Luckily we have 2 elevators, but if we didn't.... this would be an incredibly serious problem.
