  Eduardo explained the condition of all the components and their purpose, and what components were showing wear and may need replacement in the future. I was given prices for parts that showed minor wear. Eduardo was courteous and answered my questions and concerns in detail. Refrigerant was low with no apparent leaks, so he topped off the refrigerant per his recommendation. Eduardo is an asset to Skradski Heating and Cooling!

  Tommy & Evan finished up an installation of a furnace & A/C from a few weeks ago when the AC broke on the hottest day of the summer. They had temporary units out the 2nd day and everything installed & cooling the the 3rd night. Today was to hook up humidifier & a couple things for the warranty. They are prompt, professional I explain everything. I can highly recommend this company.

  MATT CAME TODAY AND SOON FOUND PROBLEM WITH OUR PROBLEM BUT HE DIDNT STOP THERE HE CHECKED FURNANCE AND CENRAL AIR TO MAKE SURE NO OTHER PROBLEMS . HE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BLOWER MOTOR IN A SHORT TIME .MY AIR IS NOW COOLING.THE HOUSE WONDERFUL. MATT WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY ALMOST IF WE WE KNEW EACH OTHER FOR A FEW MONTHS. MY HUSBAND WAS VERY IMPRESSED ALSO. WE WILL RECOMMEND AND USE THEM IF EVER NEED AGAIN.THANK YOU

  Our A/C wasn't blowing cold air. Family was devastated while sitting in the hot house a good chunk of the day. Gio with Skradski came out same day, diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. (Blown Capacitor) He was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to explain and share his knowledge with me regarding the process and got our house cooling without any problems. Very diligent and got the job done. Highly recommend, would do business with again! Thank you for everything Gio!

  Both the dispatcher and technician (Brandon A) were great. Called because our a/c went out, explained what we had done to try and get it working, what we heard & saw. Not only was this relayed, Brandon A took that information and had an idea of what to check first. He also, without me asking, explained what he was checking, what the output should be and how the part worked. Ended up needing a capacitor and now not only do I have a working a/c, I have learned more about my unit. Skradski quickly became our go to for both heating and cooling service. Their technicians have all been prompt, professional, respectful and informative.
