Blake did an absolutely great job. From the point of communication, to arriving on time, to the friendly conversation concerning the work that he had to perform. Highly highly recommended.

Zach headed up our HVAC replacement. Each time they communicated well, showed up on time and were very professional. During the estimate we were told how to fix the problems instead of all the things wrong. We couldn’t be happier as the process was seamless. On a side note we had an emergency happen during the install with our mom and they made sure the house was locked up and called us to confirm. 100% will use again for the other side of our mom’s duplex and hands down have no problems recommending this company.

We had our A/C unit serviced. Eduardo was very thorough and explained everything so well. He wrote down everything we needed to address and everything he did (super helpful for me to reference when needed). The price for A/C maintenance is under $200. We signed up for yearly maintenance for both A/C and HVAC and it’s under $300.

Our air went out right before the temps spiked back up to 100+ every day. We got an estimate on the fix and we decided it would be more affordable long term to just get a new HVAC installed. The comfort specialist Mike was great, explained things clearly and gave me the facts without all the fluff. And he made sure he did what he could to help us stay comfortable until the install date as well. Jeremy and his team of installers did fantastic work. They said it might take up to a day and a half and we’re done by 4. They explained things thoroughly and clearly and we are on our way back to comfort! Skradski is the way to go, all of you were awesome and helpful during a very stressful time in our lives.

Scheduling incompetence at its finest. I spent approximately two hours going back and forth with Skradski by phone to schedule the appointment and clarify exactly what service was needed. I then followed up with an email containing a photo and detailed written description of the issue, specifically requesting an inspection of the indoor mini-split for significant dark buildup and a possible moisture/drainage issue. Despite the potential health concern and the time-sensitive nature of the issue, they also contacted me the day before the appointment and attempted to reschedule. Despite all of those conversations, clarifications, the photo, and written instructions, they somehow scheduled the appointment as an exterior cleaning. Because the wrong service had been scheduled, the technician never even came out to inspect the indoor unit, and the entire appointment was wasted. After spending approximately two hours making sure Skradski understood exactly what was needed, only to have the service entered incorrectly anyway, I have no confidence in their scheduling process and will be taking my business elsewhere.
