Had an appointment between Noon and 4:00, they called at 2:00 to tell me they couldn’t make it until the next day. Who’s to say they would show the next day, so I didn’t reschedule another appointment.

Our hot water went out and not only did I get a call back right away we had a plumber sent out same day! Christian showed up early in the arrival window, realized and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs! Very nice, timely, and knowledgeable. Thanks!

I will never use PlumbRite again. My first and only time was not a good experience. I had a sewer line break outside due to a neighbors tree. They were going to flush the line out first with water and they had an issue with their equipment. A gentleman was holding the hose and when they got their equipment running, he let go and he broke our window. They did get the job done. But then I had to get the window replaced and the yard looks so awful. And now with all this rain we had where they dug and put the dirt back. It is now sinking. We have to get more dirt and grass seed now.

Izzy came out to check our 22-year-old water heater, which amazingly still works fine. We were highly impressed by both Izzy and our old water heater. He gave us good information about what would it would cost to replace the water heater when that sad day comes, as well as our options for doing so. Again, highly impressed. We made sure to get a business card for future reference.

I called Plumbrite for a second opinion and was saved thousands of dollars by avoiding a very costly excavation (it was cheaper even had I gone ahead with the excavation). The job was completed before the first plumber was scheduled to return with paperwork. Christian arrived promptly, gave a free consultation and worked up several options. He explained everything well and we got the job done the next morning. He replaced some old piping and valves and reworked it so that the sprinkler pipe could drain completely. Quick, expertly and courteously performed. I asked about water filtration and he did a test of our water and left us with some pamphlets with no pressure. All in all a great experience.
