  I'm amazed by the amount of reviews that were positive for this place. We're a military family that just moved to the area and needed a light fixture installed. The appointment was 2-4 on Friday after I was finished working but I got a call and text that morning at 745 asking if I could do earlier (arrival 830-9) and I agreed but told them I had a zoom meeting at 10 but they could work in the background. The 'free estimate' for the light fixture resulted in a 30 pt inspection of the home, fear mongering tactics to pretty much tell.me I needed anywhere from 7k-20k of work done, interrupted the meeting it was in three separate times and THEN when I declined all that, they decided to send out the actual technician. I was assured I would know then they were on their way so I ended up having to scramble to put the dogs in kennels when the technician 'forgot to press the button' that would allow me to track them. Took less than 40 mins to install the light, but during installation the tech feel from the ladder, stumbled and fell into my coffee table, and broke it beyond repair. I offered him ice, some water, anything because I was genuinely worried he was injured. When I asked if he was ok he said 'yeah but your coffee table isnt'. I told him I was less worried about the table then him but he seemed ok when he left. Didn't offer to help clean or pick up the other stuff broken in the process. So once I cleaned up after him, I realized the fixture was crooked. So I called back and found out he hadn't even told his boss what happened. I asked if he was ok and asked for someone to fix the light. He came back in a few hours and fixed it and now it's great. But this was a 920-430 experience to get a light fixture installed. And never was any of my stuff that I reported broken replaced. My husband has called twice and asked how we can file a claim for the broken items and keeps getting told 'well get back to you' Awful AWFUL customer service. Bait and switch to scare you into spending thousands, all day for a 40 minute installation, broken items, and two calls to resolve it without a return call. Cannot say loud enough to stay away from this company. They truly only care about money In response to your response Mr Sparky, we've called three times over two days. Time for you to go into your records and call is if it's that 'important' to you

  Logan was very accommodating to my schedule and was very thorough in explaining everything that Mr. Sparky could do to help improve my electrical situation and install the outlet as needed for my sump pump! He gave me several options to choose from and I am super impressed with the once a year preventative maintenance walk through they will be accomplishing! Logan and Landon were here the next week and were very professional and didn’t take them anytime to get everything accomplished! We had a final Walk through of what they did and the work looked great! I would and will recommend Mr. Sparky to friends! Thank you for the wonderful service!
