  Logan is an excellent electrician who cares he pays attention to the details of the project he is a real go getter he’s what I call a person who works with their head down cause once he started on the project he didn’t put his head up until the job was done I would rate him a 5 star he was actually called out to me twice for the same thing unfortunately I get the worst results from the storms but I was blessed to have him on the team of Mister Sparky all the staff that I worked with are truly outstanding people

  They arrived on time and completed my job with quality and professionalism. On the bonus was the full home electrical system inspection and assessment. No high-pressure upsell, but their awareness of my concerns and why was very informative. No, these guys aren't the cheapest. But the 5-year work warranty and additional liability coverages make me feel better. In my case, I wanted true professional work and a guarantee with on-time completion

  This was a larger project due to electrical behavior in the house that I had inspected (also by this company). They were here bright and early, and were at it until after dark to make sure everything was working properly. Logan and his team were very good at communicating both the steps and the reason for the steps for every stage of the project.

  After 3 weeks of rain and the 2 hour torrential downpour of rain we had, it forced water into my breaker box! If I hadn’t of caught it, I’m not sure what would have happened. I called every, and I mean EVERY SINGLE emergency electrician company I could find. Not a single one gave me any hope I’d be seen tonight, this included Mister Sparky, at first. I called Mister Sparky again after another hour went by, and was told they could have an electrician en route to me in just a few minutes. A text came through when he was on his way and it even included a photo of the person coming out. This provided a sense of security and safety that was much needed having been alone in the middle of the night. The dispatch fee for an emergency call was $299, but worth it. Logan got to my house and immediately got to work. He took apart the breaker, got the water off/out of the breakers and out of the box, he assessed the surrounding areas, and even went outside to check seals around potential entry points. He came and helped this military spouse with a deployed husband feel safe in our home, and reassured me that there was nothing he could see that raised any major, urgent, concern anymore. He gave suggestions, was kind, and completely honest. Although we were unable to find the exact entry points, my breakers are mostly dried, and we know where to potentially keep an eye on. I hope I don’t ever have to call them again, but if I need an electrician, Logan is my guy! Thank you Mister Sparky!
