I called Lastime because that is who we used for our roof twenty two years ago. I value the fact that they are locally owned and word of mouth advertising only. They have been around for quite a while. J Korff came the same day that I called to request an estimate. He and his partner were genuine, not high pressure like a few others. Very upfront and honest with the pricing for class 4 shingles, gutters and downspouts. The work was done within a couple of weeks of his visit. I would definitely recommend.

Dealt with these guys after a bad hailstorm in 2022 and it was a disaster from beginning to end. They did gutters, siding, and roof. It took nearly a year for my house to be completed, and when they finally found a crew to perform the work, it was a pretty rough bunch of guys. They drank on the job, peed in my backyard, and even stole wood from a bed in my garage to finish a window. I should have fired Lastime multiple times, but we were trying to sell our house at the time and I didn't have the headspace to change contractors after being strung along for so long. If you're looking for exterior repairs/installation, look elsewhere.
