It needed to be replaced and he had a replacement in his truck. He installed the new one and did an excellent job. He did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I was very pleased with the service I received!

Much appreciated Chris. His customer service skills were top notch; I hope to have him as a future service tech on my HAVAAC system to keeping it in operating condition. Thank you to John Henry's for getting someone out to our house as quickly as they did greatly appreciate it.
- BCBob CoxJul 27, 20261.0Had them out last year to our non profit with no complaints. However, something has changed. Called them for a simple correction of a short in a exposed junction box. Gave us a estimate of $210. Took them 40 minutes to repair. Received a bill of $299? Additionally, we knew our condensing coil on the A/C needed replacing and we thought we would give them an opportunity to bid on the known needed replacement of the coil. The lady said they would stop by to "give it a look" with no mention of cost. Tech came out for about 90 minutes. We were given a invoice for $400 for the estimate! Called service manager and he said they showed 6 hours billed! He said he would need to review my call in order to believe that I did not ask for an analysis of the problem, just an estimate. He has never called back. Beware.....they have very aggressive billing and unfair business practices!
