Both Brian and Chris have been out to help with several electrical and ventilation issues in our home. They quickly identified the problems, fixed everything efficiently, and took the time to explain how we can prevent these issues in the future. I would highly recommend them — they were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with!

Brady was awesome! He was knowledgeable and worked diligently going from the upstairs toilet to a pantry in the kitchen working a leak from the copper pipe joint below the toilet. There was one snag where the pipe wasn't long enough so he needed to add another section with a new angle. The price he quoted did not change.

For the service the price was bad! I’ve never called an electrician and wasn’t too sure what to expect to pay. I figured it would be around $150 to change a light switch but turns out it’s $380. Brandon helped me get the switch off of the wiring and charge me $140. Again to change a switch was $380 and he told me that more than likely that wasn’t the problem but that’s where we needed to start. The price is the price. I am not complaining about that but doing my own research on YouTube before he came I was in a spot where I was stuck and thought I was gonna get all this extra help and knowledge with calling them But turns out all they wanted me to do a sign up for their monthly subscription And not being more helpful than pulling up a five minute YouTube video that I had already looked at. It’s better to post a listing on Facebook or next-door and find a licensed Electrician and that’s what I did, way more knowledge in 20 minutes than Brandon was able to do in the same time. The light is now taken care of only took about 35 minutes for $100. Brandon was super cool and friendly. Just wouldn’t hire him with this company again.

Russ was very friendly, professional & extremely knowledgeable. He has worked for John Henry’s for 27 years and it was very important to me that I was able to work with someone with many years of experience working in his profession. He thoroughly explained the details of repairing verses replacing the furnace & air conditioner. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service he provided! Thank you Russ!!

Major leak in ceiling due to leaks trying to Determine why where. They indicated the prior plumber installed an improper pipe size which he claimed was out of code. He also stated that the drain pipe has bowed which was causing s backup. To replace connection and the drain pipe it was going to cost us $4000. I went back to my other plumber he confirmed that the connection he replaced is within code. He continued to look into why the leaking and they confirmed that the toilet drain was clogged and they were able to unclog it. So not did they provide false information they also provided a poor resolution. Do your research after you get them to quote. Other comments for this company showed that it was very necessary for us to look into their estimate further. I saved $3000! Unfortunately they charged me $300 to open the ceiling which my plumber would have charged $100.
