- ESEmily Schulz1 day ago5.0My husband and I bought a one ton split mini last year and realized very quickly that this was well out of our league. We called John Henry’s last week and got a quote on July 3rd. Due to our house being built in the 50s, we were going to have to get a new breaker box as well. Yesterday we paid for the service and they called shortly after to set up an appointment. They were able to come out the next day (today) and set everything up. Not only were Mike, Manny, and Shad super knowledgeable, but incredibly friendly. They walked us through all the things they did (which was quite a bit), answered all of our questions, and told us what we needed to get done on our current system. We’ve had several different HVAC companies come to our house over the years and John Henry’s was by far the best. We absolutely will be using them for all future projects.

Kameron stopped in today for our pre planned routine maintenance check and was very quick, polite and on-time! He also helped us with a known issue with our AC same day, super happy with this company so far!
- ESEddie Stage4 days ago4.0They came out quickly so I’m counting the somewhat higher price as an “emergency markup”. The service was don’t swiftly and th guy was able to get things back in order. My biggest complaint, and removal of at least 1 star (I would have rated this 3.5 on a floating point scale) is they seem to use AI in a lot of their customer facing business. Call in? It’s an AI. Text messages? It’s an AI. I think the only person I talked to was the service tech. To make it worse, the isn’t even synchronized. I called in, the call dropped, called and got the appointment booked, and now their AI is asking if I still need service, a day after it was completed. JH, ditch the AI and hire a couple folks for reception. Probably cheaper and definitely less an annoyance.

We put these projects off for 4 years because we kept getting quoted outrageous prices. One single project we were quoted almost 10k but Shad offered to fixed it even though I assumed it was a lost cause. He was one of the most professional workers I have ever had in my home and was happy to do his job. I Wish I would have found him 4 years ago. Thanks for your hard work! This business also supports the troops, so outstanding in my eyes.
- THTrevor HowardJun 22, 20261.0This company will harass you even after you unsubscribe and ask them not to contact you. I am currently in talks with a lawyer about their continued harassment. Contacting your office is worthless as the majority is AI and it continued to text after the AI assistant said I wouldn't be contacting me anymore. You don't have an account with my name because when AI picked up the phone I decided not the right company to work with. Only to get 3 follow up calls and now continuing text messages.
