- MWMike WieserJun 24, 20265.0Brandon was very professional and did a great job of troubleshooting a problem that was apparently with the wash machine from the day we bought it 2 1/2 years ago. He dug in deep and collaborated with another tech on the phone and solved the issue. The machine is running quieter than the day we installed it. Nobody ever wants to have to call a repair service, but from now on I will be contacting Jackson and I will be requesting Brandon.

The temperature always goes up during the day time and never once cooled down to the set temperature. In the first year, I called you guys many times but it didn;t help. The only test your technician performed was showing me the temperature difference. Which might still be true. But there was something wrong with the installation or something messed up. I am not a HVAC person to tell what is the problem. My old unit was running fine until the new unit was installed. It's pathetic that you experts couldn't figure it out. I am just writing this down in frustration. Thanks.

I had my washing machine fixed within 2 hours of my phone call and was provided the technician's cell phone to send the issue with our washer and he happened to be close by on his way home from work and stopped by and repaired it. I am more than pleased with their service and price!
