My unit is 16 years old and one small part needed to be replaced while the drainage pipe needed to be unclogged. Derek was professional, kind, thorough, and cleaned the area up before he left (this has been my experience every time and with every technician). I've always been impressed with Jackson staff when they complete my semi-annual check-ups. This time I felt I should leave a review so other people realize how great this company and their staff treat the public.
