  I hired them for a primary bath project and went for them over a less expensive bid because the owner seemed (and I’m sure he is) very knowledgeable and experienced. I could list 20 things that they did well but probably 6 or so things that still have me scratching my head. Things like only taking off some baseboards before laying floor tile so that some tile extends to the baseboards and some to the wall (and even though all of the baseboards were ultimately replaced). I’m also confused about the paint finish selection for a bathroom, as it is a relatively flat sheen and is already showing water stains. However, the biggest issue concerned installation of a stand alone tub. I selected a tub that arrived broken several times (not their fault), but they plumbed and tiled for it before it arrived intact. Because I had to pivot to a new tub, I will have to move the plumbing. I reached out to Integrated Builders to see what they would charge to move the plumbing and after telling me they would get back to me a couple times, I still haven’t heard back. I’ve received estimates now from other companies and it’s looking like it’s going to cost between $1000 and $3000 additionally to address. Integrated Builders is an honest company (in my experience), and I’m sure you could do far worse. But I will try a different company for my next project.

  Jim, Matt and Marty built from the ground up a new bathroom for our basement. It wasn’t a standard basement bathroom - we wanted a big tub and stand shower as the tub in the primary was taken out by previous owners and made into a double shower. They were great. They listened, communicated and were patient with us. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. It may have taken a bit longer than expected, but in reality, I’d been waiting 2.5 years for this, so the extra couple of weeks were nothing. I am so grateful for the experience and look forward to future projects.

  We had IB remodel our bathroom. They did a fantastic job! A very reasonable quote, they use a great project management app that shows you exactly where the project is at/when it's expected to be finished, all of their employees/contractors were great and did an excellent job, and we love our bathroom. As with every project, there were some hiccups, and they were clear and upfront about what was going on, and what they would do about it, and how much it would cost. They even went above and beyond and fixed some other issues not directly related to the bathroom remodel project. Highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

  They do good work and get done fast. We have had them do two separate good-sized projects for us and the results look great.
