- SSSMay 29, 20262.0Called yesterday for a *partial* day rental and spoke to a nice woman who reserved the equipment for today. Called back today to confirm pickup time and the man who answered was extremely rude. The first person, albeit nice enough, didnt explain they dont do half day or partial day rentals. The mans response was "guess youre not renting today" rudely. Communication is everything. If you only have full day rentals and someone says they only need it for a few hours, you should clarify they have to pay a full day regardless. Will not be returning.
