  Getzschman Heating appears to be a good company. A little better effort on their part and I may have been able to tell you with certainty and from first-hand knowledge. But unfortunately they stumbled a few times. The process was slowed at the beginning because I was trying to improve my credit score so I could get a better interest rate on my HELOC. Anybody trying to improve their credit score knows that this can take several months when you’re dealing with several credit cards and they only report once a month. I was told the quote was a limited time quote because at the time, it was the slow season and that after April the discount would not apply. Yet another company offering the SAME system didn’t have that stipulation. And after the discount was removed, Getzschman would be over $4,000 more expensive than the other Daikin dealer offering the same specs. So that didn’t make sense. After I finally got my credit score where I wanted it to be, the HELOC application process was 30-45 days long. I finally got it approved. But the other Daikin dealer was offering an additional $450 rebate that Getzschman didn’t offer. When I asked the rep if they’d match their quote, I was quickly told no. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a company not price match when you’re talking apples to apples. Most companies that price match do so, plus take another 10% off. I got a quick “no”. At the very least I would have thought he would check with a sales manager or something. Or come back and split the difference. But I just got a quick “no”. This additional rebate was a union rebate. Doesn’t Getzschman have the same union?? Anyway, so after some time, I asked for, and got, the sales manager’s email address. I emailed him stating the situation. I couldn’t even get a reply stating that they couldn’t. I just got ignored. For me, that would be a clear indication that this is how their customer service issues are dealt with whether you’re a customer or not.

  We were very pleased with the inspection AJ performed today on the six furnaces in the church. He performed his PM service in a conciencious manner and catalogued thermostats, condensers and furnaces with the appropriate labeling. This will aid us and other svc personel in the future. We would certainly recommend AJ and the entire G-Force staff. Good service, good company!

  Pat was an excellent technician diagnosed the problem right away, went off and got the part brought it back had it fixed very quickly cleaned out our condensate overflow that was plugged and offered me a service which actually reduced my bill very happy with the service!
