  Today was our yearly maintenance and system test. Jeffrey Krantz was our technician. He was on time, efficient and very nice. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. In addition to the yearly maintenance check, we also had a four-year-old battery which needed replacing. Likewise, the office staff in Omaha is helpful and always reminds me when we are due for our yearly maintenance. I highly recommend them.

  The technician was very knowledgeable in the maintenance of our generator. He did a quality inspection of the unit and performed all required checks including the full failover from city power via the transition switch. He informed us of each step being taken and warned us of possible circuit breaker triggering that could occur during the full failover testing.

  Got annual maintenance on my whole house generator. He was on time, efficient, and had it pretty much all done before I realized it was even happening! Jeff K is an absolute ACE!!!

  In less than 2 and on half weeks our generator installed. In one day after filling out the request for a quote we had one. Everyone knew their role. The installation went well and communication with the office staff was excellent. We would suggest them to anyone.
