I guess because I'm hispanic!! who knows. They were ruth and ask me what brand was the part? I reply I don't know, it doesn't have a name and I'm not a plumber, but can you help me? They answer right away without even looking at the part that they couldn't help me if I didn't know the brand's name, so I just turn around and left. This place is close to my house and today I'm in need of few other plumbing & electrical parts for my house, but I'm definitely not going back to this place to look for any parts again.
